What Tier they belong in (Example High kage)
Which character they should be above or below.

@Graunt1x During the previous post DMS Kakashi was placed in high Juubi above Ashura Mode Naruto. Next is Hagoromo with the ten tails and his Brother Hamura with the Tenseigan. These are the sons of Kaguya. Both of them are the versions post Kaguya fight after they seal her since these versions are their prime.
There will be two characters instead of one.
They will be ranked individually but placed side by side on the tier list.
Consider it a double whammy or two birds with one stone.

After Obito had recovered all the necessary ingredients to revive the Juubi, why didn't he go to some isolated place in the world and revive the Juubi there?
It was better than having nothing on hand.

In the most recent chapter it was confirmed that Jura is just the Ten Tails itself, with no base model.
But we saw in shippuden that Edo Hashirama could easily hold down the ten tails alone with Sage Gates.
Meanwhile Jura, made from a weakened juvenile ten tails, is for some reason strong enough to solo shippuden with ease.
What exactly makes him so strong?

During the Pain fight I estimate Pains summoning Rhinos that Naruto is lifting are about 20 to 25 tons. Those summoning Rhinos were double maybe even triple the size of real world elephants, the largest adult male elephant is 7 tons. Naruto can casually throw these rhinos roughly 100 feet in the air with no effort. Naruto also lifted a stone frog statue triple his height (Naruto is 5’6 in Shippuden) so a 15 foot dense stone statue is how much he can lift. If we use real life stone statue’s for comparison Naruto is lifting over 140 tons here Conclusion - Sage Naruto is actually lifting well over 100 tons here. He also lifts Kurama who is tall enough to roughly be the height of a mountain or hokage stone faces.
Tsunade. She managed to lift Gamabunta’s sword. Not only lift it but also jump with it. Gamabunta’s sword being roughly the same size as him and by extension gamabunta can lift his own sword and can lift over 100 tons
Jirobo - is not only strong enough to lift up a boulder but also Choji in his expansive form and even throw him
4 Tails Son Goku - He was able to lift the 8 tails spin and throw him and slam him
Kurama - Lifting and throwing Toneri’s Golem
The Gedo Mazo also has strength. It stopped the weight of two small mountains and Also the Ten Tails has a similar feat
Choji in the recent steam ninja scroll manga, he managed to push a massive boulder away from a village in his butterfly mode
Conclusion - Naruto, Choji, Gamabunta, Kurama, Son Goku, Jirobo and Tsunade are all shown lifting over 100 tons. Thanks for Reading.

According to Naruto Wiki these are all the Sealed Characters. Their Status is mentioned as “Incapacitated” It’s very much possible for any of these characters to get “revived” and also hagoromo isn’t sealed but his spirit could come back in boruto through chakra.
