A lot if you guys have been saying that Naruto and Sasuke lost the Yin and Yang seal when they Sealed away Kayuga something isn’t right.
If you thing about it, The yang and yin seal are a lot similar to An Karma seal because in order to obtain one or the other, you have to get it from a otsutsuki like how Naruto, Sasuke, Boruto, and Kawaki did.
During the Isshiki battle, Kawaki lost his Karma but turns out that he never lost it because he was shown using it to “kill” Boruto
Since The yin and Yang seal is basically similar to an karma seal, Naruto and Sasuke should be able to reawaken it, Naruto and should also able to make portals with it like how Boruto make portals with the Karma.

And y’all say that He lost the Yang seal
Is safe to Assume that the Uchiha clan had yin release and Uzumaki clan had Yang release or is it the other way around
Hey, Infinity here. I have a theory on the whole Nature Transformation thing. I'm a hardcore Naruto fan and analyzer (kinda), and realized something unusual.
I understand that basic techniques shouldn't need a NT, like the Transformation, Shadow Clone, and simple chakra flow, but I think others should have, mainly between Yin and Yang.
First of all, Ino's Mind Transfer. I feel like that should be Yin, since it transfers her own spirit across to another person through Ninjutsu.
Second of all, Medical Ninjutsu. I feel like when there is visible chakra out of the body used in a technique of no other NT, it should be Yang since it represents physical. And most Medical Ninjutsu has physical chakra shown and/or shared (not saying the basic Chakra Transfer should be Yang). And not only that, but it physically heals the body.
Third, Konohamaru's Yang seal technique. It has Yang in its name and makes a physical seal of chakra, so I feel like this meets the Yang requirements, same with his green triangle seal Jutsu since those physically seal targets.
Fourth, Tayuya's Revolt of the Demon World. She commonly uses Yin Genjutsu, and this move is said to use spiritual energy, so, this one should be obvious.
Fifth, Tsunade and Sakura's strength-enhancing and healing seal Jutsu since those physically affect the body's strength and regeneration if I recall correctly.
Those were just examples. I'm not saying that every technique should be classified, but some that obviously require classification should have that, just saying.

There's just one thing that I am wondering about
Why is izanagi ( https://naruto.fandom.com/wiki/Izanagi ) classified as yin release and yang release instead of yin-yang release in wiki? is there a difference? and if there's then what is it pls and i also i think it should be yin-yang release because the jutsu is based on the creation of all things( https://naruto.fandom.com/wiki/Creation_of_All_Things_Technique ) which is a yin-yang release jutsu. Am I right ,or I am misunderstanding smth?

Is Yin-Yang yang release a type of Natural Energy ?
Would imbuing attacks & stuff with it be the same as imbuing them with Senjutsu ?
Does using yin yang release act like a version of Sage Mode (since the wiki says Naruto could sense Madara's limbo clones by using Yin-Yang release to amplify his senses) ?

after a few theory of the Yang Release, i think i can make more speculation about the other face of the coin: The Yin Release !
we know that Yin Release can affect the reality to create form out of nothingness. In fact, it can disturb someone by affecting on the perception that he has of the world....that's we call Mental Ninjutsu (or Genjutsu).
but the Yin Release can also give consistency to something that did not originally. The Nara's Hijutsu allow them to make their shadow tangible (and posses mystic power of mimicry) Or play with the spirit of someone (literally). The Yamanaka's clan can switch their spirit with their victim and can interact with their body.
And, like we see with the possibilities of Yang Release to be used with other Chakra Nature to give a new Nature (Doton+Suiton+Yang = Mokuton); we can think that it's the same with the Yin Release ! it can change the structure of the Nature to create a variant.
Thereby, If we Mix Doton+Yin , that can make the Steel Release (Koton) because metal is a material specific to the earth. Same thing for Katon+Yin, that can make the Scorch Release because of the black flame that the user can move freely with his mind (Enton).
And that will explain how Jiraiya and Toad can make Oil if they mix Suiton+Yin. It will be the same thing for a person who want to make Ink like Killer Bee (but Bee don't need any transformation of his Chakra because of his link with Hachibi...who is half-octopus)
If we Mix Suiton+Futon+Yin, that can make the Cristal Release (Shoton) on the part of the crystallization process (that can explain why nobody have ever use this Nature of Chakra like the Mokuton).

4th databook states that Naruto has only YANG release. So it is assumed here that after gaining YIN half, Naruto also have YIN release, yet it isn't used or proven in JIn no sho, cuz it isnt up to date?
Just need clarification here.
Also why some doesn't have Yin-Yang release, meanwhile Naruto has it?
So I'll just summarize here the things that I've already said in other places. Actually most of them are in this TALKPAGE.
Gengetsu said that his Yin Nature means that he is a genjutsu user, but this doesn't indicate that all genjutsu automatically classify as Yin Nature, because an ordinary understanding of Gengetsu's statement is that Yin Nature is a fundamental nature for genjutsu users, simple and short. A crude analogy would be Kisame saying that his Water Nature means that he is a ninjutsu user (which is true), and then we conclude that all ninjutsu partly stem from Water Nature or solely from it.
And for some reason, this statement from the databook, the proportional amount of genjutsu that involves "creating form from nothing" [i.e. Yin Release] is high, became the evidence that proved all genjutsu are Yin Release. Does that even add up? And when other information from the manga and databook contradict this claim, we simply write it off as Kishi's error. For example, Hashirama and Nagato do not have Yin Nature, yet they both used genjutsu. Circular argument at its best.
