It’s hard to really like one more than the other. They both were great characters with tragic backstories.

I had to go with Neji though. The Byakugan, I enjoy more.

His passion. His motives may have been F’ed up, we can agree. But he had a level of passion and drive I can only aspire to achieve.

Homie had plans for well after he died and he technically saw his plans through.

I’m pretty sure it’ll just be Kamui, which I would absolutely love. It fits Sarada so well.

I like Genjutsu. I wish it got more time aside from just the Genjutsu: Sharingan, any other Sharingan-based Genjutsu, or the few times we actually saw it.

This new manga of Boruto (meaning Two Blue Vortex as a whole) seems much more story-driven and I’m all for it. I liked the original Naruto and vs Boruto mangas, don’t get me wrong. This just feels so different.

In Naruto, every time Sasuke entered a battle he always had his Sharingan activate. Naruto always rushed in with a Rasengan. Sakura punched extremely hard. And we knew they would win, one way or another.

In Two Blue Vortex, we are seeing them actually lose and feel the repercussions of having lost. Boruto’s first instinct isn’t to launch a Rasengan; his instinct is to wait it out and see what his opponent does and react accordingly. Sarada doesn’t immediately activate her Sharingan and throw a hard punch; she only activates it when absolutely necessary and generally follows through with a respective technique to smartly reserve chakra reserves. She’ll activate it, launch a counter attack, and deactivate the Sharingan in a blink of an eye.

And with her Mangekyou Sharingan, this was a moment where it was absolutely necessary to activate it or else all of them died or worse.

Two Blue Vortex is very dialogue heavy, but it tells much more of a bigger story and I’m enjoying it so much.

Byakugan, preferably. Base Sharingan (no Mangekyou) without a choice.

Totsuka Sword, Omnipotence, Ten Directions, Infinite Tsukiyomi. But most of all, the Karma.

You literally cheat death with Karma.

Magnet Release, Sharingan, 8 Tails. If the Sharingan evolved to the Mangekyou, the ability would be Amenotejikara. With the left eye, switch places with myself and a target. With the right eye, switch the places of two separate targets but not myself.

The Susano’o would be grey in color.

DISREGARD

That’s a little dicey if you go based on what Momoshiki says. He states that once Omnipotence is cast, it can’t be undone and that it was a technique used by “Gods” to create entire worlds. And it’s possible to theorize that if it’s used to rewrite already rewritten memories, reality itself could begin to unravel.

Ada sort of mentions a workaround, that those affected could make new memories or that maybe even Omnipotence itself could be used to create new memories. But she has no control over the technique so she wouldn’t know how to do that.

That even if your are explicitly told that your memories were rewritten by Omnipotence, the effects of Omnipotence remove that knowledge and understanding until it no longer bothers you and you forget all knowledge of Omnipotence.

In the most recent chapter of Boruto, he tells Shikamaru that he’s heard the effects of Omnipotence multiple times; but that knowledge was removed gradually until he only had his own rewritten memories and therefore forgot all knowledge about the technique and forgot even discussing it. And Boruto states that Shikamaru will forget that conversation again.

Sasuke mentions in the last chapter of Part 1 that he knows something isn’t right due to many factors, such as Boruto having Momoshiki’s soul residing inside of him when he should be in Kawaki, and Boruto having his old headband when he remembers giving it to Kawaki. But that despite those inconsistencies, he can feel that wonder and unease slowly vanishing and becoming more comfortable with the idea that Kawaki is Naruto’s son, not Boruto. This was due to Omnipotence.

It’ll remove those doubts and inconsistencies and the knowledge of Omnipotence until the will of the caster becomes absolute.

The only person who seems to be grasping the concept of their memories being altered is Amado. Because he recognizes his own work on the scientific tools used to modify Kawaki’s body being inside of Kawaki and not Boruto, as well as Kawaki having his daughter’s genetic makeup in his restored Karma while Boruto still has an original. And states that it’s a form of signature to recognize his own work. This leads him to deduce that his memories must’ve been rewritten, but he doesn’t explicitly know that it’s due to Omnipotence.

He was and he wasn’t. The deal for him joining the Akatsuki was that they couldn’t make a move on Konoha. He did it as a way to protect Konoha and Sasuke. But once he died, Konoha became fair game; hence Pain’s assault.

It definitely strongly suggests that it didn’t have as big an effect on her because her unease about Boruto and Kawaki’s conflicting lives overlapping one another is still there; but it’s still not known for certain.

My theory is that Omnipotence did affect her, but she still has the picture of her and Boruto with their parents and she knows that something isn’t right.

There was not. When Kaguya at the Chakra Fruit, she used the Yomotsu Hirasaka technique to open up a portal to a different dimension that has a moon to cast the Infinite Tsukiyomi.

But there wasn’t a pre-existing moon when she arrived. It was created when Hagoromo and Hamura sealed her away.
