<p>Hagoromo and Madara's Rinnegan are essentially the same, but Hagoromo has a higher chakra level. </p><p>Kakashi has Kamui, I would like intangibility. </p><p>Sasuke's Rinnegan has the powers of the Sharingan, the powers of Hagoromo's Rinnegan, and a lower scale version of Amenominka. </p>

<p>Remember, Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan solely due to Hagoromo's Juubi/Sage power. Senju blood is not necessarily required. </p>

</p><p>Even Part 1's Rasengan vs Chidori wasn't this intense. </p><p>I even got a sense of playing a video game fighting an enemy that was more powerful that i am, by us nearly losing our health, having the ultimate button mash. </p><p>The biggest plus for me of this fight is the final Rasengan vs Chidori, i honestly didn't see that coming, of how it was going to be done. </p> </i></div>

<p>That is legitimate. I was disappointed, I was hoping to see more Six Paths Technique but whatever..... Sasuke has the tailed beasts' chakra in his Susano'o, could his left eye finally transcend to a nine-tomoe Rinnegan? </p>
