This was a brilliant first chapter, Sarada's mother being Karin? Definitely a red herring. I highly doubt Karin is Sarada's mother... Why would Sakura raise a child for her suppose to be husband that is not hers whom was birthed from another lover? NO ONE WOULD DO THAT. If Karin is Sadara's mother I will lose all of the respect I have for Sakura(which is very very very little, I honestly despise Sakura).

I gained some respect for Sakura in Shippuden, but in Part 1, I didn't have any. Furthermore, isn't it Karin not Sakura whom you should lose respect for? Think about it, Karin's alive (unless she died between Ch 700 and NG Ch 1), so if she gave birth to Sarada, she pretty much just said to Sasuke "I know this is our daughter, but I don't want to raise her, so you and Sakura can take care of her. Bye". So right now, Sakura is more of a mother to Sarada then Karin is. Unless, of course, Sakura actually is the mother. There is also the possibility that Karin is dead, and since Sasuke married Sakura, well, as far as I'm concerned, Sakura's still Sarada's mother, just not biologically.

Did you even read the chapter? They are obvious not married.
