the new team however isnt that interesting, AT LEAST they have killings among each other which makes them automatically more ruthless than akatsuki, thats a plus in my book, other than that i dont have more to say,

im honestly suprised about the animation quality, how long can they keep this up?

its certainly not the most amazing form but for a long-running anime it looks quite nice :D

well...quite a good episode, i wonder why it seems like the anime is this time more faithful to the manga than it has been with the original series :/

either way, really good animation!

and the shitty parts are about to happen as well: stuff, bla bla bla bla with sasuke and drama that gets resolved in a unsatisfying way, maybe the anime improved it...i highly doubt that :(

i for one actually liked this episode,

my biggest criticism was with chocho and her personality, 18 episodes she was fine with being fat and had a eating contest with her father but suddenly for the sake of adapting this arc (in which chocho actually never did anything at all so even leaving her out and maybe putting a new face into it wouldnt hurt) she got a 180° turn :(

anyway, im happy to see more sasuke...hopefully the arc wont feature the BS that the manga did with sasuke and naruto becoming helpless against some "fairly good but still fodder"-ninjas!!

as you said "plot", thats more or less the sole reason...

yeah...i knew i would start hating borutos character...not a shred of common sense in his mind, just the usual BS with "everyone gets saved" -_-

pretty sure he will do a Talk no Jutsu alongside some flashbacks and than the girl will give up and get pardoned by naruto and than she will go to school like always and be in love with boruto :I

it is a hyperbole, the attack is nowhere lightspeed because nothing in naruto was ever that fast, even black zetsu once stated that nothing can evade a lightning strike that was mosving down and even the fastest part of a lightning is still just 50% of lightspeed,

so yeah, a outlier/hyperbole/inconsistency...

sasuke was equal/faster to/than naruto in boruto the next gen

anyone who reaches kaguya level of strength will wipe the floor with sasuke and naruto,

if you look at the fight in general you will that there was not a single damage that kaguya didnt recover from,

sasuke and naruto basically fought a princess with a nuke and barely survived, and only won by having the ONLY condition of touching her simultanously...

all in all, without the sealing jutsu naruto and sasuke would have lost anyway...

sasuke wins...mastery over rinnegan combined with the ability to basically spam any of his hax abilitys and he kept up with naruto in chakra mode, he will take it mid-diff...

while not being like naruto at all it has the "reincarnation" thingy too, but it is PERFECT, the series is called "Spirit Circle", a short manga series which is a hidden gem among underrated mangas :(

that was Part 1 shukaku (the time where the power level creep didnt happen and the beings had been on a far lower level) who wasnt even fully outside of gaaras control (since gaara was able to come back) that means he was never at full strength in his fiht against gamabunta...

...when did that happen?

i highly doubt that, a single PS swing destroyed gigantic pieces of land, nothing jiraya+gamabunta did was on such a level that it could phase PS, once sasuke enters it he will solo jiraya and nagato easily unless they manage to use a strong sound/light based genjutsu...
