<p>In the anime it was most likely Yagura, as he was Mizukage at the time of Juzo's death which was prior to Zabuza becoming a Seven Ninja Swordsmen, and at the time of the time skip chunin exams Yagura is suggested to have passed away shortly ago. Saying that, the assassination attempt could have always been on a retired Mizukage such as the Third, making it still unknown in the anime. </p>

<p>So from this chapter we've learned that </p>

Besides a God Tree producing a fruit via bloodshed as in case of Earth's tree, it can also grow one via chakra from the inhabitants of a planet.
There's some form of life in space other than the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
Per Kara's agreed goal, a chakra fruit can presumably be eaten by more than one person unlike a devil fruit.

<p>I'm assuming Boro's regeneration can't be used in rapid succession like with Shinra Tensei, otherwise why defend himself with Water Release. Of course i could be wrong in the event it doesn't activate fast enough against Lightning Release, or that he tries avoiding regeneration if it requires a large portion of chakra. </p>

<p>At the end of the arc i can see Sasuke using a jutsu similar to Genjutsu Protect on Naruto, Jiraiya and Sakura to block them from accessing their memories of this arc. </p>

Urashiki vs Jiraiya

<p>With the current anime arc, i'm interested to see what people think would be the outcome of this fight if it took place in Konoha. </p><p>The only restriction is Urashiki can only use Yomotsu Hirasaka + his rod, and not any jutsu from all the chakra we've seen him steal. </p>

<p>Just when you think we're done with the Himawari vase arc Kawaki smashes Naruto's picture frame. </p><p>Curious to see what Konoha's stance on Naruto's imprisonment will be. It's a given the village will create a search and rescue party, but considering Naruto is absent in the flash forward, either Kakashi or Tsunade will return to office, or Sasuke will become the 8th candidate/Hokage. </p>

<p>It seems odd that Jigen, a human possessed Ōtsutsuki is stronger than Momoshiki, an actual Ōtsutsuki. Either Kama is super empowering or Isshiki is incredibly strong. </p>

Boruto Episode 98 Discussion: The Cursed Forest

<p>Interesting plot for an arc. Jūgo was always an underused character in the original series so it's nice to see him get the spotlight for once. </p><p>I wondered why Orochimaru sent Boruto and Sarada to the White Snake Sage instead of having Jūgo communicate with Mitsuki's snake, so him being isolative in this forest makes sense. </p><p>
