<p>I love the opening, but this was the weirdest and most unorganized episode I can recall, even for a filler. The animation was weird as well. Too much silence as well, and the fact that he didn't recognize Lord Third. Just felt like a strange trip lol. </p><p>I did like the introduction to each of their stories though. </p>

<p>Naruto is more of a motivational/emotional leader, not tactical. But again, as it's been stated, you must still have those qualities to move up, despite how powerful you've become. I also agree with others that I like the idea that he actually became Hokage straight from the genin-level. I'd appreciate the fact that despite becoming more powerful and beloved, Naruto remained Naruto. Still dimwitted, but also the same guy you want by your side when all goes to hell. He's a leader, but not like the previous kage, and that's fine by me. I can't imagine him as a jonin leader. </p>

Also want to add that my personal favorite scene was Naruto giving Black Zetsu the rundown on what made him the person he is. Reflecting on all of those who've died. It was beautiful.

<p>Yeah, it was a nice touch. They also played The Last (movie) version of the original Naruto theme in the previous episode during Kakashi's flashback. </p>

<p>I thought it was perfect, ending and all. It was the perfect calm before the storm. However, I was hoping that Minato's spirit had his arms back, but that's minor. I was really shocked that it covered just about everything from the manga, word-for-word and panel-by-panel. That's the first time I've seen it. Just happened to read the chapter yesterday. </p><p>Love the new opening as well. Same song of course, but it details the entire history of Naruto and Sasuke. The ending had a slight alteration/addition at the very end where you see Naruto and Sasuke reflecting. The original ended with them as children, whereas this new one, it reverts back to their current state. </p>

<p>I really enjoyed this episode. It was definitely Kakashi's turn, who've always been my favorite character in not only Naruto, but anime in general. My favorite moment was the very end when he reflected on how far their teamwork came. The soundtrack was also amazing, especially when they added the Main theme from The Last (Kakashi's flashback at the end). </p>

I really enjoyed the episode. I cheered a little too loudly when Indra caught that E. Honda combo at the end of the fight.

<p>I must say, the music in this episode was used masterfully. They even dug in the archives from the original series. </p>

I love the new ending.

<p>I see they changed the opening (same song). Cool, because it didn't look good having your main character laying in a pool of mud the entire time while everyone else do stuff. </p>

<p>Those of you who have problems with how the Edo-kages were shown...I'm actually glad all of their powers weren't shown because they worked better as legends. The fact that people were amazed at their presence and the mention of their names were good enough. The series is about Naruto and his generation. Therefore, I was satisfied. </p>

<p>I liked it. I really like Ashura and glad that he's presented as flawed and naive, despite his standing. </p><p>Indra...we've seen it all before. </p>

<p>If you want to argue against what the author placed, then by all means do so. But it's an argument have you 0% chance of winning, no matter how much evidence you bring to the table. </p>

<p>I guess if you don't want to read about Jesus and his Disciples, this episode is a good jumping on point. </p>

I would love to have seen blood gush out of Kaguya's nose during that jutsu lol.
