<p>you cannot prove that though. shockwaves in the air does exist in anime, just look at OPM and all it's fancy styles. in narutoverse the most obvious case is guy's gate attacks. also it existed in "the last" when naruto punched toneri at the last moment, and so i believe it's the same thing when the stadium roof crumbled at sakura fist's touch. </p>

<p>oh u're right i just watched a HQ version, she did swing that fist. but even in the HQ version it's too vague to say her fist did not touch the falling debris. </p><p>sry, i still doubt she released chakra in the air as naruto's imperfect rasengan has shown it's quite meaningless, so i still think it's a shockwave as sakura/tsunade has always attacked that way and shockwave effects are shown in the manga. </p>

<p>i think you might have mistaken temari's fan attack.. there certainly was something like a shockwave effect when the stadium roof came crashing down on sakura's fist but the gust of wind appeared a bit later, and temari came in right after the gust of wind. sakura's attacks after the byakugou seal activation are just too devastating that it produce shockwaves, it was shown in the war arc as well. </p>

<p>not true. we only have neji/hinata/father feat, doesn't mean entire hyuga clan knows it, just like how insanely OP madara/itachi/sasuke is, we know the entire uchiha clan isn't all that skilled. </p><p>hinata didn't even fight much with hyuga tech in the last. "hamura chakra" was there as a plot point to make her relevant in the last few moments and she's not shown to be capable of using it for her own fights. </p>

<p>hinata has not shown any feat of using 64 palm, and the large ranged attack feat against the juubi was aided by kyubi-naruto chakra so it's not valid in this debate(zero EXTERNAL help) also the most gifted hyuga, neji's air palm did jack against kisame so.. </p><p>also it's hinata who cannot get close to sakura. one hit of sakura tore up the terrain and multiple giant juubi clones, hinata who's a normal size human have shown no regenerative abilites to handle that destructive force. </p><p>hinata vs sakura is a valid question before the war.. now it's very obvious who has the better attributes. those who deny this are hinata or hyuga fans who think gentle fist = 1-hit-ko which never came true in any serious naruto fight. </p><p>(before anyone come up with the himawari "feat", also remember that sakura took naruto "off guard" with her suckerpunches.. it doesn't mean anything in a serious fight coz it's only there for a gag) </p>

<p>hinata have not shown any way to even get close to sakura because of her boss summon katsuyu, where pain's technique shinra tensei / kyubi's corrosive chakra couldn't hurt her. </p><p>so my vote goes to sakura, who possess superior techniques for both defense/offense, and also greater endurance, as shown when she assisted obito in opening several of kaguya's dimensions, a chakra taxing feat. </p>
