@IchiNii89 I mean Obito was responsible for the Nine Tails attack on Konoha, had a role on the Uchiha Massacre, Nagato's recrutment to Akatsuki and overall the creation of Akatsuki, leading to the Fourth Shinobi World War. So he was responsible for the deterioration of relations between villains.

Oh okay I see what you mean. Yeah Obito is a War Criminal for sure, but as for Village relations deteriorating I think that lies with them more than Obito, these guys had a fought 3 major wars before Obito and Madara's endeavours leading to the fourth, I'm of the opinion that while Madara and Obito did commit serious crimes they were only successful because they took advantage of already poor relations between the Villages that had been the fault of said Villages.

Maybe if the Villages had worked harder to end their culture of retaliation/revenge killing then individuals like Madara and Obito would have been less successful and pre-empted so much sooner.

How is this Tobirama's fault? Is it because during a time of war Tobirama killed his enemy?

I think he meant specifically Tobirama's treatment of the Uchiha, and how he froze them out of the decision making process in the Village, Tobirama didn't persecute the Uchiha clan and deteriorate their relations with the Village, but he sure as hell didn't do anything to improve them.

Really if we have to blame anything it is Uchiha genetics and their inherent propensity to go bat sh*t crazy over the loss of a loved one.

It makes no sense to blame the Uchiha's genes, they are who they are, statements like this lead to generalizations that the genocide was a good thing and that the Uchiha are the real problem in Naruto.

I kinda of think that this aspect of the Uchiha clan is interesting, its fascinating in that Love lost is what gives the Uchiha a power reminiscent of their ancestor Indra as opposed to outright Hatred for a particular group or the world. And kind of feeds into the Sage of Sixth Paths comments about Naruto and Sasuke during their final fight, that ultimately its about restoring a lost Love between the eternally fighting Indra and Asura.
