Fire + Lightning = Flare (Radioactivity)
Wind + Lightning = Wave (Vibrations)
These last 3 chapters have all been a travesty. If the author has to resort to using Naruto but has to nerf his powers to preserve the villain its clearly obvious he doesn't know what he's doing.
Why did Naruto have to fight Delta, why didn't you just respect the power ceiling and have him blitz her the second she showed up? Is it to give some validity to Kara? Good job, you've done so in such a laughable manor.
It honestly feels like fanfiction how this fight went down. Naruto suddenly doesn't have his speed just so the villian can reach his loved ones and they of course never got the idea to move out of the damn way of Naruto Uzumaki fighting. Boruto knowing he can't fight harder when weaker people are around!
Also, Delta being able to break Naruto's Chakra Mode and fight him on even ground is nonsense. I don't even care what excuse they try to use. Yeah, brand new tech can suddenly make you stronger than a Jonin using the 8 gates, yeah right.

It's just PIS dude

Everyone is jesus in the world of Naruto
Does that make the Sage a god of gods?
The Sage is like if Jesus ate his dad and absorbed his power.

It better suits his fighting style. Its the same (non Meta) reason he doesn't always use his giant arsenal of Jutsu.
Can this thread be closed? All it is is going in circles.
You're acting as though Boruto matters. [Man, I am bitter]
I Change my mind. If I could have one Technique it would be Body Flicker. Its a lower rank Jutsu that doesn't require abnormal Chakra and when mastered would make me like the flash.
The Chidori is Best utilized when it is a dash attack, having the users quickly zone in and striking than moving on to the next target. Unlike the Rasengan it is not effective motionless, it requires movement.
It doesn't bolster speed but requires high speed for the best result. It can't effect the body or arm as the Chakra is focused in the palm. The discharge is added range and doesn't propel anything.

I don't see how. I think you might be misinterpreting something. Just say the contradiction word for word so I can understand what you're trying to say.
Lets stop using the word contradiction. The more accurate description is Retcon or retroactive continuity.
Originally, Chakra in the series was just thought to be the infusion of internal energies solely executed by the characters themselves. What Madara informs us during the war is that Chakra is not truly produced by the individuals that harness it. There is a layer/ember/grain of Chakra already present within the body and that component of Chakra is what allows one to meld their energies; amplifying the Chakra itself.
@Transcendency You've translated my thoughts better than I could. Neat.
Elveonora wrote: Come on folks, you truly do believe that Tailed Beasts are just pure chakra given form? That's what the in-universe Shinobi seem to believe, calling them chakra monsters etc. But that alone doesn't necessarily mean it's true. I mean, the technique is called 'Creation of All Things' so is it truly that far-fetched of an idea that Hagoromo created actual living physical bodies to house those chakras?
I mean. Chakra Transformed is still the transformed material. It makes sense that Tailed Beasts become malnourished/smaller the less Chakra they have. Their being is being divided more and more.
Its 227. And again, it's a freaking jab. Naruto was prone and he had free rain to punch Naruto through the chest with Chidori.

LoneNinja wrote: @Littlegen
He literally says they used the chakra that Hagoromo gave them to connect their spiritual and physical energies to create more Chakra. Using Chakra, which is a product of both energies; one can use Ninjutsu. Therefore, it's not a contradiction.
I don't know how you see a contradiction.
It just contradicts the original explanation. There is a extra component that wasn't illustrated before.
You're ignoring the actual explanation.

https://i.gyazo.com/97caa92706e1ec70d8a021f167970859.png The speed necessary to effectively reach their opponent and then execute the technique leads the user to running in predictable patters as the user's focus makes them partially blind.
The technique in no way increases one's speed but forces one to use their full speed. Sasuke is unique because he is one of the fastest Characters in the series and always uses his Sharingan in conjunction with it. The time he doesn't, Naruto is able to counter him.

Ace8888 wrote: Can't you just use Creation of All Things technique to bring back extinct lifeforms? No more worrying about extinction, so we can just turn the entire planet into a city, and dump the rest of life on the chakra-enhanced moon.
Better yet: Use Six Paths Chibaku Tensei to create another moon, hollow it, make artificial sun, turn it into a zoo, use Banbutsu Sozo to recreate extinct animals, Make people pay bazillion dollars to go there, profit.
Spared no expense.
LegionZero wrote: Piercing doesnt cause tunnel visions and Chidori is based off of Rasengan so there purpose is pretty much the same, especially considering that Rasengan is typically a one hit kill.
The execution is exactly the same, but only Chidori has a tunnel vision problem because of how it is executed? That makes zero sense.
No. The Chidori is a failed evolution of the Rasengan. And that failed jutsu was converted into am assassination piercing technique. The Rasengan grinds on contact and violently disperses to knock opponents back. For the Chidori to be effective it needs to be used quickly at high speeds.
LegionZero wrote: Rasengan doesnt have this issue and Naruto charges in a straightline dash with it.
The Rasengan isn't a piercing attack nor is it for assassination.
They are Chakra given Form. Hagoromo created them through the use of Yin-Yang Release, dividing Kaguya's Chakra into 9 separate pieces and then granting them sentience.
They are Chakra like Fire Release is Chakra. Imagine a Rasengan with the ability to sustain itself.
Their Chakra itself likely holds its sentience, explaining the "Will" in Tailed Beasts' Chakra and how they are able to reform after dispersal.
