Let's see what you have to say now.

Others have touched on it, but let me break down Minato's speed...

Ch542, Minato's kunai in hand in the first instance is facing in the opposite direction. A seems to touch Minato's nose, Minato flies to the tree kunai, in a crouched position, turns head. Minato's kunai in hand, then is above the shoulder at A, in a downwards position.

Now, we can't say that the kunai in hand only went up. In previous panels, Minato is standing just behind a tree-line. The sequence plays out, and you can see the panel where Minato FTGs to the tree kunai. A's shoulder is in front of the tree line in question. This indicates that Minato's kunai went both forward and upward.

I also like to summarize the number of movements and change in positions that Minato made in the sequence.

1. Minato flicks the kunai in hand forward and upward faster than A at full speed.

2. Minato teleports to the tree-kunai, in a crouched position(change in position occurred).

3. Minato makes a turn of his head in the same instance in the direction of A.

4. Minato teleports to the kunai traveling above A that was at his shoulder, but is now in line with his waist. Showing A is in motion.

5. Minato spins around mid-air and attacks A, but is intercepted by Bee's tentacle.

6. Minato dodges Bee's attack, places FTG seal while still airborne.

All of this occurs, and A can't do anything but move his eyes. Not counting 4. as that is FTG only. That are 5 movements that Minato did that A had zero counter-movement to. And no, from the five kage summit arc against MS Sasuke, A can stop from full speed quite effectively. So A couldn't even react to Minato's movements at all.

Actually look carefully, Ay's hand was not near Minato's nose. It was near Minato's right cheek. Then when Raikage tried punching Minato again, it was near his left cheek.
