@A Professional Idiot mk.2 Are you talkimg about Rasa? He’s the only one I remember beating Shukaku. But Sasuke could put manda in a genjutsu instantly and surpress Kurama (inside Naruto) so he could possibly beat rasa and all the kazekages except Gaara fairly easily. B.O.S Gaara also almost beat Deidara but lost due to putting his village first (in my opinion) B.O.S Gaara and Hebi Sasuke are pretty close in power by almost betting Deidara so low Kage Suits Sasuke. I agree with low Kage

I think it was the coolest when he first got KCM and to see what he could do with it. I was the most excited for those chapters when they came out.

Hebi Sasuke is actually a very interesting character because Orochimaru wondered on Tenchi bridge who was stronger 3 Tail Naruto or Sasuke. We know he’s stronger than sick Orochimaru with no arms. But I wouldn’t say he’s above sanin level yet. It’s insinuated narratively that he’s stronger than Kakuzu, because Naruto needed to master Rasen Shuriken to keep up with Sasuke. He beat Deidara extreme diff. And he is also the only person to calm down Jugo so he’s clearly stronger than Kimimaro who could’ve helped take down Hiruzen. He also clearly above Kabuto, Sai and Yamato
Narratively from what’s implied, I would put him Upper Low Kage but if we highball, Lower Mid Kage

@Seekerbro In the novel she forced Sasuke to use a susano immediately with her blood dragons. And it was said the blood wasn’t something that can be touched by naked flesh because it was that deadly.
Also the typhoon release forced Sasuke to use his susano and the typhoon was the size of his susano. Sasuke beat hundreds of kekkie genki users during this novel but struggled a bit with chino

There are multiple characters that have “flight” in Naruto through various methods. But in Naruto’s case he was stated to be “levitating” while in SPSM. I would assume the same goes for Obito, Madara and hagoromo. The otsutsuki all have the ability to fly. We’ve seen toneri fly due to tenseigan chakra mode. Pure otsutsuki like Momoshiki, Kinshiki,Urashiki, Kaguya and Isshiki are all shown flying. Boruto and Kawaki also are able to fly having 80%+ of Otsutsuki DNA. Having the rinnegan also grants flight through the Deva Path’s gravity attract and repulse manipulation Tendo Pain was shown flying. Ohnoki and Muu can fly through a light weight Jutsu.

I would definitely put KCM2 Minato in Legend Level but Hokage Minato in High Tier Kage

@Dyss00 I would put Minato above Tobirama, he was stated by the 9 tail fox himself (who had fought hashirama many times) as a Shinobi on the same caliber as Hashirama. He invented the rasengan, perfected and improved tobirama’s flying raijin and he mastered and perfected Sage mode. Minato also learned and mastered sealing jutsu from Uzumaki clan. All by the age of 15. And he could fight off killer bee and raikage at the same time casually. While Tobirama died to kingaku and gingaku. Minato could overwhelm Full power V2 7 Tail Kurama.

@A Professional Idiot mk.2 Minato was just being humble. Remember Minato is a prodigy, his definition of “good” is different. Minato isn’t from any clan or special bloodline and was still was able to become strong enough to overwhelm tailed beast and become one of the strongest Kage ever. And was always humble
