This color is actually much better in looks, and a better explanation of why the color is the way it is. Naruto's original rage transformation had the same reddish color which supports the fact that he could always use it and didn't need s06p chakra. It also represents a dying star, since the name "baryon" literally is connected nuclear fusion and the process of how a dying star gets the color. Imo it fits way better than the one in the manga

Shisui was the only one shown to usse body flicker to the extent of creating after-images, its safe to assume he was the best at it in history from the feats. Again, shisui doesn't need speed, if he can look at kakashi, its ggs. Using it is like using a normal genjutsu for other sharingan users, sasuke with his ms could track baryon naruto's movements even though he was ftl to a different extent. Why wouldn't shisui be able to track kakashi and cast the genjutsu with a single glance.

Kakashi in his susanoo slows him down once again, jigen stated that to sasuke in the anime, shisui also has his susanoo, so there's that, all he has to do is literally look at kakashi and he is DEAD.

I don't see any other shinobi leaving after images.

Yes, but the thing is extremely huge, its hard not to see whats happening, the only time kakashi hit kaguya were when he was outside the susanoo or when kaguya wasn't really moving, in the big rabbit form. Kakashi has nothing in his arsenal that compares with shisui's strongest move, he even has a mastered version of body flicker, shisui is 1 of the fastest shinobi's we have seen on foot, if we don't include ftg he is at least top 5 fastest shinobi. We haven't seen enough from kakashi's dms to show he can't get hit by kotoa, and thats like using normal genjutsu to shisui because he has both eyes, he can use body flicker and finish it off with his genjutsu.
