Minato was treated like fodder during 4th War tbh, he got wrecked by everyone he fought except for Pre-Ten Tails Obito.
I'm just going go with Obito without Tailed Beasts, and Edo Tensei Itachi and Nagato.
In that case, you can argue that Obito speed blitzes because he reacts to KCM2 Naruto on multiple occasions, while ET Itachi and Nagato only fought KCM Naruto, who obviously is slower than his KCM2 version. I mean on the off chance that somehow Itachi manages to land Izanami then they win but otherwise he's just going to beat them.
Pretty sure Madara can just blitz and one shot, if not then Re:Zero girl wins.
@Hanacloud Sakura is literally stated to be the strongest kunoichi in datebooks lol, she's stronger than any of the ninja here, Delta and Kaguya however aren't ninja so you can still put them above her.
Kaguya or Delta in terms of what was shown, but in terms of full power than ofc HimawariA

Every ninjutsu that Sasuke uses gets absorbed and Momoshiki outclasses in physicals too as well.
Six Paths Chibaku Tensei official data book says that only Six Path Senjutsu users can use it but I’d have to go on the translation site for it to make sure.

Sasuke does in fact have Six Paths Senjutsu because he was able to stand on Naruto‘s Truth Seeking Orb
