Pretty sure an implanted Sharingan ALWAYS remains active and consumes chakra unless its covered, which is why Kakashi covers his all the time.

I assume that Mangekyo just wakes up again. Sorta like how Madara's Rinnegan reawakened his EMS after using Izanagi. I know that Rinnegan is different, but all the same, it's a similar concept.

Also, the chakra thing is actually a really good point. Maybe he CAN still use it, but his chakra reserves aren't large enough right now.

If it's Obito's and not Kakashi's, then why does it look like Kakashi and not Obito?
Just seems like he would have kept it, y'know? Susanoo doesn't need Mangekyo to exist, only to awaken from what I've seen. So unless Obito sealed it up again like a turd, I just don't see why he didn't keep it outside of the purpose of nerfing Kakashi later on.
Kakashi had a Susanoo during his portion of the battle against Kaguya. And while it would seem to make sense why he wouldn't have it anymore is due to how it never really was his. It was Obito's Susanoo because those were Obito's eyes. Except that's wrong. It wasn't Obito's Susanoo, it was Kakashi's. If you look, the Susanoo has a scar over the left side of its face where Kakashi's scar is. If it were Obito's and were to include a scar, it would be on the right side of the Susanoo's face, since that's where Obito's scars were. So the inference here is that this Susanoo is Kakashi's, not Obito's. So why does he not have it anymore? Well, a common explanation would be because he no longer has the Mangekyo Sharingan. But the issue with that is that this ALSO is wrong.
Forget no longer possessing Mangekyo Sharingan, Madara no longer possessed eyes PERIOD and STILL could use his Susanoo. So this begs the question, why can't Kakashi anymore? If the Mangekyo Sharingan simply AWAKENS the Susanoo in you and doesn't actually contain it, then how come Kakashi, with his Susanoo awakened, still can't access it anymore despite no longer having Sharingan as Madara once did?
Hagoromo's Chakra isn't the same as Six Paths Chakra?
Hagoromo's Chakra = Ten-Tails Chakra.
But what I mean is, what does being an Indra reincarnation have to do with it? Awakening the Rinnegan simply requires Six Paths Chakra. That's why Indra and Asura have to mix their chakra, to get Six Paths Chakra. The Ten-Tails automatically comes with that. So why does being an Indra reincarnation make a difference.
Why does that really matter though when the only benefit of being a reincarnation of Indra is being able to make Six Paths Chakra by yourself (with Asura's help)? None of the Otsutsuki or divine trees are Indra.
Something that never made any sense to me is that Obito never awakened the Rinnegan in his right eye. I know he already had one in his left, but that one was a transplant. So why didn't Obito awaken it in his right eye? I know that he's not an Indra reincarnation, but I wouldn't think that would matter, considering that it has nothing to do with being Indra or Asura, but only that you have the same power as the Sage of Six Paths, which was Six Paths Chakra.
Madara awakened the Rinnegan because he had his own Indra Chakra and then got the Asura Chakra from Hashirama, which made Hagoromo's Chakra.
And then Sasuke got it straight from Hagoromo himself when he also got the Moon mark...
But the thing is, both of those came because they either received or synthesized Six Paths Chakra. It still required Six Paths Chakra to awaken. But that being said, Obito should have awakened the Rinnegan because it was stated that the power of the Sage of Six Paths was the same as the Ten-Tails, and the Ten-Tails was inside of Obito. So why would he not receive the Rinnegan in his right eye?
I theorize that it simply is because he already had a Rinnegan, even if it was pilfered, especially considering that Sasuke also awakened the Rinnegan, but only did so in one eye, though one could theorize that his Rinnegan was fundamentally different, and likely a lot closer to the Rinne-Sharingan, as it appearently had the ability to dispel the Infinite Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu only capable of being cast by a Rinne-Sharingan (Not to mention, many times, the difference between a Rinnegan and a Rinne-Sharingan are blurred). But at this point, all I'm doing is shooting into the dark. I wanna know what you all think. Why did Obito not awaken a Rinnegan in his right eye?
