If madara actually felt like dodging AT A FAST SPEED, he MIGHT be able to outlast kakashi, THEN he can ez clap him. He only has to last like, 3 minutes, so if he can go fast, then Madara might win.

Danzo did many things to help the village. When the 9 tails attacked konoha, he prevented the children from getting hurt. If he let the children fight, many would be killed, therefore, preventing them from fighting was the better choice.
He does think about whats best overall. When pain attacked the village, he prevented the frog from contacting naruto. This was, probably the right decision, because what if pain succeeded in capturing naruto. The akatsuki would be able to easily get the 8 tails, revive madara, do tsukoyomi thing, revive kaguya, etc. I think that preventing the toad from contacting naruto was the right thing.
Uchiha clan slaughter (or whatever its called). Tbh, it rlly depends on the POV. If danzo didnt get itachi to kill his clan, thousands more would die. BUT, there were innocent ppl in the clan that didnt want the coup, like the children. this depends on ur pov, so i wont eleborate on this
During the 9 tails attack on konoha, i think that, with the amount of info he had, it was right to not allow the uchiha to fight. Think about it. Lets say, that this guy, person A was brainwashed by some guy, person B. so Person A will do anything person B tells him to do. One day, person A starts to kill a bunch of ppl. It's likely caused by Person B, since person A doesnt do much. Would you let Person B go into the scene and Possibly do more damage? I wouldnt. I think Danzo made the right choice with the amount of info he had.
Im not saying Danzo was good, Im just saying that Danzo did some decent things sometimes.

1st, you get the absorbtion/enhancement rennigan thing
Then, you create a beam of chakra or a rasengan. You than absorb it, and enhance it and release it. then, you reabsorb it, re enhance it, and re release it. You repeat this until the jutsu you're using is ezpz 1 shot and fire it at the opponent.
