The being leaps and bounds stronger than his WA self is the only post-Hokage statement. The Kakashi Hiden feats (which get him to KCM2 lvl) is still canon.

He fought equally with a woman named Kahyo in Kakashi Hiden who destroyed the Fourth Raikage so bad that the other Kage and his whole village laughed at him. That same Ay is at KCM1 Naruto lvl. He also gained a lot more chakra since the Sharingan isn't draining his chakra anymore. In Kakashi Retsuden, it was confirmed that he had grown leaps and bounds compared to his WA self who was arguably above KCM1 Naruto.

Revived Madara was confirmed to be above Stable Juubito so he'd go in Low Juubi though this is also a volume synopsis so I'd argue for top of Legend or bottom of Low Juubi from feats.
