Kinda but i got the electro blast idea from rasengan i thought what jutsu could be cool and does destructive damage like that i thought about shockwaves so i came up with the idea for the electro blast then thought what could be a cool pistol attack that does heavy damage so yeah that is how i came up with it

Lightning style: Electro Blast
A jutsu made by concentrated electricity that is all released at the same time from the palm of the hand that creates a huge shockwave so if used when in touch with an opponent this jutsu can explode there organs and blast them to oblivion sending them at such high speeds that even if they survived the blast they won’t survive when they crash into something.
Lightning style: Electro Pistol
It is an upgraded version of the Electro Blast jutsu it is more consecrated electricity that is released from the finger but in one specific direction making the shock wave aimeble if the shock wave hits you it will make a huge hole if not explode your face
