Sakura is the most interesting and hard working member of team 7 (besides kakashi) sasuke is over the top edgy for absolutely no reason and it got old really quick and naruto is just another boring paragon protagonist who idealized hard work but only one of his power ups was the result of hard work, the rest were just handed to him
Naruto would've beat tf outta sasuke (not really sure if he'd kill him) but naruto would've died in the war arc when he got half of the kyubi taken out of him and kaguya would've easily won
Imo she was never useless but she was never used if that makes sense. she was always a capable shinobi but kishimoto rarely used that so people think she's super weak or an awful character

Wasnt sakura known for being smart? ms gurl passed the written test of the chunin exams and made plenty of elaborate traps during part 1. never mind the fact that her knowledge of medicine surpassed most medical ninja only in the beginning of shippuden (when she cured Sasori's poison)
