Don't know, I don't think you can physically see an Amaterasu like you can't see the Amaterasu coming at you, it just happens. I think that means you can't really Kamui something you can't see. So I don't think so.
He's weak if we're talking short-term 1v1's because in a versus battle we don't really regard what happens to the person after the battle, so let's just say Kakashi doesn't get any side effects after a made-up versus battle. He would be much stronger.
But when you put it too long battles, like wars, one use of it will make him significantly less powerful the next fight.
