Kisuke can fly. His Bankai can bypass defenses. High powered ranged magic attacks (which i suppose Samehada could counter?)

Kisames energy absorption and is a big factor if he's using the Samehada fusion. (A thought could Kisuke's Bankai theoretically defuse Kisame and Samehada???) Advantage in close range

Itachi has many powerful techniques. I think Uruhara would be smart enough to deduce how to break out of Tsukiyomi with some sort of bullshit. But i'll discount than seeing as nothing he's displayed so far that i can think of can counter Tsukiyomi

I think Kisuke is too fast for Amaterasu to land. But Itachi's sharingan would help to counter his Shunpo speed for defense.

Given Kisuke's bankai Susanoo would be a waste of chakra save for maybe the Totsuka blade.

My money is on Uruhara

If we ignore the fact that Uruhara is a Shinigami which makes him intangible and unperceivable.

You need chakra to be affected by genjutsu so tsukiyomi is out. I'd say Susanoo is durable enough to counter all but Uruhara's Bankai.

Kisame's primary power is chakra absorption which is pointless against Uruhara. His set Fusion and Water Sphere set up is redundant because Uruhara could just fly out of it's range.

His kidou knowledge means he has countless ways to blow up and seal the others. Itachi's Sharingan perception would let him outmanoeuvre most of the strong kidou attacks because of the cast times involved. The only real option is the Totsuka Blade to seal Uruhara away

When Boros can regenerate from almost nothing against Saitama. Even if Gai is physically stronger(which i don't think) a power that destroys the user so thoroughly isn't going to net a win against that

When Gai can punch someone into the moon we can maybe revaluate this, but surely Boros is blatantly above Eight Gate Guy
