I made a mistake and contradicted myself so I'lll put Madara one tier lower, also you're severely lowballing Momoshiki here, he's eaten god knows how many chakra fruits (The same kind Kaguya ate) and base Naruto and Sasuke fought them if I remember correctly
I'm talking about the Sasuke that Naruto fought when they were teens and not used to SoSP form
But adult Sasuke claps Kaguya and maybe beats Momoshiki
