We’ve got multiple feats during the war arc, his battle with Obito during the Nine-Tails Attack, his battle with A during the Third War, plus the statements of other respected characters... for Shisui, all we have for him is practically being solo’d by Danzō and Itachi’s own testament.

Mooshy, there does have to be markings on a kunai in order to teleport to it. That’s literally how FTG works - the user teleports to a marked area.
