They dont need to be a planet buster to solo humanity. If they can just survive attacks and are fast enough. Also its not like nukes can be spammed it will destroy surrounding area and too much can ruin the Earth
If the goal is to go around and destroy every humanthen its hard requires like medium size country destruction power
