If you go back to the Five Kage Summit Arc, you can see Sasuke using Susanoo with a pair of EMS. It's not until before or during the war does he awaken his EMS.

6th Paths Chakra has nothing to do with Kakashi using Susanoo. It's because he had DMS could he use it.

And normal MS can grant you a full-body Susanoo, though by the time you can actually manifest the full body, you'll probably be almost blind. If you become blind, you'll be rendered incapable of using Susanoo.

And having the Rinnegan might not necessarily grant you the full body, otherwise, Nagato might've used Susanoo since he had the Rinnegan.
