Prior to the Nine-Tails attack on Konoha, Minato had already invented the Rasengan. Since he based it off a Bijuudama, could he have possibly ran into and/or even fought another Tailed Beast before Kurama?

Being the analytical and tactical genius he is, Tobirama would figure out and dissect the linked vision and cooldown of the paths much like how he did with Juubito's TSOs. Tobirama has the speed, arsenal, and reaction time to deal with anything Pain throws at him as tagging Juubito is on a whole nother level of what Pain had to ever to deal with.
How about both? What I had in mind was that he turned rogue right at the end of Shippuden when Kakashi released him from prison and Naruto gave back his headband but he still wasn't fully convinced/turned over to the good side
What if Sasuke still went rogue after his last fight with Naruto in Shippuden? How would this change the landscape of the shinobi world leading up to the arrival of the Otsutsukis?

Naruto using Amaterasu would be very interesting. Imagine a whole bunch of shadow clones on the battlefield, each using Amaterasu everywhere.
What if Naruto and Sasuke switched places with Kakashi and Obito in the story? What would've changed had Sasuke been Madara's pawn after (presumably) he dies after getting crushed by that rock? Would Naruto be most likely to be the sensei for the new Team 7 of Kakashi, Obito, and Sakura? How would young Kakashi and Obito fare up against the other strong and talented shinobi in Part 1 (Rock Lee, Neji, Gaara, etc.)?
I'd say EMS Sasuke is more so a match for KCM1, KCM2 is just overkill

Wasn't Minato known for taking down whole platoons of shinobi during the 3rd War? He was able to change the entire landscape of the war by HIMSELF, even taking on Ay and Bee who he could've killed easily had he wanted to. Except for maybe Obito, the rest of the Akatsuki wouldn't even be able to see, let alone land an attack on Base Minato. KCM2 is just on a whole nother playing field. Most, if not all the Akatsuki lost to characters who are so much weaker than Edo Minato.

Some of the paths got taken out by regular Rasengans. Edo Minato scales to KCM2 Naruto who scales to Edo Nagato who is most definitely stronger than the Paths. Base
Minato on his own is probably the fastest character in the verse before the War Arc gave everyone power-ups. Him getting KCM is equivalent to Naruto getting KCM which gave him speed that allowed him to blitz the 4th Raikage, similar to how Minato did in the 3rd War. As for Itachi, sick or healthy, he can't really overuse his techniques since they're all hax, they all drain him of a lot of chakra. One Tsukuyomi, 3 minutes of Amaterasu, and around 5 minutes or so of Susanoo and that's it, he's done.
