Lee can only open up to 6th gate. Kisame beat sixth gate guy with a 30% clone. Plus konan being long range has an advantage over Lee being short range. Besides, if shippuden Lee was that powerful, then he’d be a jonin. Konan is an easy s rank ninja, and Lee’s prob a b rank, maybe a if we’re being generous. Each mangekyou sharingan has its own power. It does get kinda confusing when you think about Sasuke and itachi both having amaturasu, but you could pass it off as them being brothers. But no one else has the same ms abilities. Madara can summon meteors, shisui has kotoamatsukami, obito has kamui.
