You have to read/watch Boruto to understand how weak hagoromo is compared to other Otsutsuki which most Naruto fans don’t do. In Narutoverse he was a top tier until the new generation introduced more otsutsuki beyond even kaguya.

Nah both of them had unfair hacks in the series that set them up to be op. Naruto had Kurama and was an uzumaki Ali giving him way to much chakra to work with. Sasuke was considered a genious in his generation and literally had eyeballs that let him copy any technique besides Kekkei genkai and the rasengan. The true mc, should’ve been konohamaru, debate me.
