Nope, i just based it off from Scratch.
His name would either be “Boomer” or “Prime (meaning main so it sounds like main otsutsuki”.
So Since the beginning of Time, Prime has watched over the universes and galaxies. He ain’t good. He ain’t bad. He neutral. He as achieved immortality meaning he can’t die he’s like Emrys meaning Eternal. For his powers he can take any form so he could be Boruto for example. He has Jougan on both eyes. So he can sense any chakra. He also has a karma seal and Kama.
Note: HE IS NOT THE OTSUTSUKI KING A GOD AND KING ARE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS
