For a short answer: No, you wouldnt get the rinnegan well you might get the eyes but not the abilities, the eyes would probably crumble like edo madara eyes when he was revivied

Shino has bugs, Kiba has a dog, he can also just avoid his shadow

Shino and kiba are hard counters to shikamaru and ino, id say choji is the one they should fear but even then hinata is kinda a counter to his style so id say team 8 claps\

And plus shino is just on another level at part 1

You would most likely need a full three tomeo sharingan to obtain your ms or at least a sharingan in the first place it has been shown to be able to skip stages so it might be possible for say an uchiha with 2 tomeo to unlock their ms but not likely
