You can't remake an anime after it airs, especially after 200+ episodes of work. Costs a lot of money, convincing, and effort. I don't see any major problem with Boruto, so what makes you want to remake it? I'm sure asking Kishimoto for a minor change might work (even though a 0% chance x 10 is still 0%).
