There is no author implication that the hyperboles are not hyperboles.

The thing that u showed in the video and what was actually destroyed by Gyutaro was NOT the entire town. Only some of surrounding area was destroyed.

Muzan is much stronger than Tengen . A person can't be much stronger than me if he gets blitzed by me. So Muzan is fast enough not to get blitzed by Tengen. By the your notion that Tengen had infinite speed , Muzan will also have infinite speed if he doesn't get blitzed by Tengen. But Muzan doesn't have infinite speed like I said. So Tengen won't have infinite speed either.

I already gave u plenty of reason why the statements are hyperboles. The plot contradicts it. The fights contradict it. Everything contradicts it. Hyperboles like this are common not just in fiction but in day to day conversation as well. These sort of hyperboles are used to show the significance of something. The statements show that Tengen was very fast , much faster than Tanjiro was. But it doesn't prove in any way that Tengen had infinite speed.

And the "town" you are talking about was not even a town.

There is nothing that shows their infinite speed, not even the statements that u showed. Tanjirou doesn't have the perception speed to recognise infinite speed. The mangaka doesn't want to destroy the hype than Tanjiro created.

I m calling it hyperbole becoz of the way in which it is said as well as everything that contradictions your preconceived notion.

Infinity has its own laws which u can't go against. If something doesn't obey any of those , it can never be infinite. One such thing is that there can be nothing more than it. If u are getting blitzed or outspeeded by an enemy , the enemy clearly has more speed than u which is enough to prove that u don't have infinite speed. Infinite speed can't be outspeeded.

@DefNotAWeeb Sakura's AP lies in her striking strength. Durability >/= striking strength. So Sakura's durability is atleast town level too. I don't remember Nezuko having any feat that gets her AP above small building level.
