Asura's and Indra's chakra, according to manga, and the tailed beast's chakra, according to SSTTCS databook article. </p>

<p>They're not mentioned in SPSM directly, but they are mentioned in SPTTCS as being what gives Obito and Madara the same power. </p>

<p>Different wikis require different needs. That said, I'm tempted to take away support after reading the ***** fit he had on the thread you linked. But seeing as others on that thread were behaving in the same way, and he hasn't behaved that way here (as far as I can tell) it would seem that he respects the rules of individual wikis for the most part, so I won't. For now. </p>

<p><span class="vote support"></span> Support — While I disagree with him on some points on how the wiki should process information, overall he does a great job on this wiki and I can't name a reason to not support him for the job. </p>

In the case that he does become a sysop, I hope he focuses most of his attention on the forums. Not that I necessarily disagree with his edits outside of that, I just don't know much. </p>
