Name: evolutionary destruction/creation.
Appearance: in destruction, whoever this is used upon will turn younger, to the point that the the person is a child. They will forget everything, but thier chakra flow shall be “opened up”.
In creation, whoever it is used upon will become older, to the point of near death, and thier chakra flow will be “closed”. The person will also gain the experience of every person in the world.
Explanation ( this probs ain’t needed but still): basically, the jutsu would affect the dna and the evolutionary status of the person it is used upon (the explanation for both types is up). But for the person who used it, they will get the opposite reaction of what they used, except only with the drawbacks.
