Alright so with recent confirmation of himwari being kurama jinchuriki now in the newest chapter I think it's safe to assume she is going to end up having this Chakra mode with byakugan that was ment for brouto in this old kishimoto drawing for chapter 700 of naruto and boruto movie as we can see mitsuki with sage mode and sarada with the sun pattern ms both ending up happening in part 1 of boruto so im sure this is gonna pop up somewhere down the road
yea tailed beast do respawn when they die im 90% sure this case with kurama is very different cause normally when they die its causes their Chakra to Disperse away until it reforms itself again kurama case is different cause he burned through his Chakra to nothing and made it seems he was done done for sure cause if he knew he would come back years later he would have told naruto so my guess is himwari case for having his Chakra is kinda a sora case from the filler when he had a good bit of kurama Chakra in him at birth but it never did turn into its own kurama like how Minato split kurama into his yin and yang half so my theory is the kurama Chakra in hima remained dormant and subtle until naruto lost his thats when he started to reform since it sensed he was gone just like how the other tailed beast felt kurama death
