Let's build hypothetical Konohamaru. What should his kit be? He's already a sealing specialist and has toad summons and a monkey summon, as well as his own variants of Rasengan and Asuma's ash jutsu.

Naruto (no Kurama) is relative to Hashirama.
Minato > Tobirama.
Tsunade probably loses to Hiruzen but well she's immortal.
Boruto's Ino-Shika-Cho is stronger than Naruto's. Team Guy could give Team Konohamaru somewhat of a challenge but SM Mitsuki beats 5G Rock Lee and Boruto and Sarada jump Neji since Tenten is a non-factor.
Team Konohamaru takes the W by themselves.

@Chezzy SSJ4 Team 8 had seen Dosu attack Kabuto before, so I think Shino would ask to deal with Dosu himself while Kiba and Hinata fight Zaku and Kin, which doesn't change much because they're probably low diffing the Sound duo tbh. However, Dosu could counter Shino's bugs with his sound waves and OHKO Kiba & Akamaru (dog hearing), so it depends on whether Hinata can land a clean hit on his arm to cut off his chakra flow and thus disable the gauntlet.
@Chezzy SSJ4 It's no biggie tbh. Kishimoto is the series' creator and forgot the Uzumaki children's Byakugan.
Lee doesn't arrive to save Sakura. Team 8, out of Hinata's desire to protect Naruto, arrives to fight Team Dosu instead.
It happens on the Forest of Death. Team Dosu has the only goal to kill Sasuke. Team 8 has intel on Dosu's gauntlet as they'd seen him attack Kabuto before the Exams, though they don't know that it's sound-based. Consider that Shino's bugs are susceptible to Dosu's soundwaves because bugs can hear or feel soundwaves on their own way.
Team 8 takes it high diff imo.

Ikemoto just forgot about SPSM and had Naruto recede to regular SM after losing Kurama. We've never seen Rasengan variants kill anyone tho, only Rasenshuriken, so I don't know.
Sasuke because of Amaterasu + Kagutsuchi and his whole Blaze Release. Madara has the strongest Fire Style tho.

Tobirama is the best pick here. I don't like him, but he's the responsible for calling out Hashirama when he was about to make dumb decisions.

I've posted this cause I'm writing a reboot fanfiction of Boruto and wanted some suggestions of powers for Konohamaru. In my verse he has:
Toads Perfect Sage Mode.
Toads Jutsu (like Jiraiya's kit).
5 Nature Releases.
Yin-Yang Release.
Hiruzen's Jutsu.
Asuma's Jutsu.
Chakra Blades.
Boss Monkey Summon (Enra is like MK Enma).

Omoi seems to be cool.
Tailed Beasts are immortal. If their Jinchuriki dies, their chakra will regather and resurge 3 years later. It happened with 3 Tails twice and happened with Kurama in TBV.
Deidara & Sasori high diff. Akatsuki members' specialty is to capture Tailed Beasts, so it ain't big trouble for them. Also, Deidara himself is Kage level.
ShikaTema is the GOAT couple. Much because Temari is the only well developed female character written by Kishimoto besides Tsunade, who also makes a great couple with Jiraiya.
