I think it's unfair to judge Obito's power level by his condition due to him constantly opening portals in Kaguya's dimensions, which is extremely draining. Those eyes were originally his and he had also Hashirama cells to boost his power even further. There's no way Kakashi would be stronger using those same eyes. Thus his placement should be above DMS Kakashi

@Httpedrokkk by Sasuke's eyes, do you mean his original eyes? It's reasonable to assume he would have them stored away somewhere, given that Obito handeled his transplant operation and wouldn't have just discarded those

@Tim Xman I know. Since we don't know if it's the same or just some prototype of Tsunade's seal it can't be treated as equal. So I'm just assuming it's similar but not as powerful, especially with no feats to back this up.
