Iwagakure, it used to be Kiri but between the new Mizukage, the academy "uniforms" and their new weak a** attitude, I've lost hope for them. They are but a shadow of what they used to be.

Make the most powerful enemy be defeated by the Kage... you know, the people that are supposed to the most powerful. Have team 7 fight the second most powerful, give other characters a chance to shine instead of focusing on Konoha shinobi
Why so many question marks?
What makes the Manga great is the universe since the main character (Naruto) is one of the worst and most annoying characters in Manga.
Yes it does, Naruto wanted the Raikage to let Sasuke do whatever he wanted without consequences, but because the Raikage is a good man, he resisted the "talk-no-Jutsu" and did everything in his power to make sure Sasuke had to answer for his crimes

Sakura's only reason for being since the beginning of the manga all the way to the end was Sasuke... still is, not much development there. Sure, she had more courage but that comes with power, that's not really character development, that's just getting stronger
Most evil:
Naruto - he was willing to start wars and put thousands of innocents at risk all because he believes that his "friends" should not suffer consequences from their actions. At least most other antagonists had a method to their madness, Naruto just wanted to protect a traitor

Raikage - The only one to have resisted Naruto's talk-no-Jutsu. His conviction was strong unlike every other character
This is what happens when you make the main character too overpowered. In order to continue the story, you have to start pulling even more overpowered characters out of your a**
Never, I already broke up plenty of relationships due to that reason. I make decent money but once you have children you no longer work for yourself but for your kids. Besides, everybody at work that has children is miserable. Then there's the worst part... child support, which is not even for the kid but for the mother. Having a child is just not worth it.
Anyway, that's off-topic.
I would say the different Ino-Shika-Cho are all good parents, Shibi is a good father, Kitsuchi too like I mentioned. Even Hiashi is a good father
Sasuke, however, is not and he does not even have the excuse of not having good parents since both his father and mother were good parents
Who knows?
The best father/daughter duo is Kitsuchi and Kurotsuchi

Tayuya can be pulled off lore wise, Sasori would make zero sense
