I think if Uta is able to dodge enough of Kaguya's Attacks without sustaining damage (especially from All Killing Ash Bones) and can pull of her singing and trap Kaguya, then She Wins...

But if Kaguya is able to get to Uta before she is able to pull off her singing trap BS, and hit her with an attack like All Killing Ash Bone, then she wins...

1. Yeah BM Naruto would have actually beaten and Killed Isshiki if he didn't have the drawbacks and time limit...

2. Kaguya isn't the strongest Otsutsuki especially with Shibai and Isshiki being a thing, but from a few statements and her abilities, it is likely she is stronger than Momoshiki, or at the least can beat him bc of her abilities...

3. Ada showed fear towards the Grimes, Daemon didn't...

4. That seems kinda unfair for a power ranking, since Power Ranking's usually take Character's at their best and not their weakest
