Her durability scales to Narutos and Toneris AP as she could withstand Toneris SWRE for so long it overpowered Narutos grip in his chakra mode. So that's unironically in the moon-planet level range.

Speed wise she scales above base Naruto due to the already mentioned feats of her directly outperforming him against the puppets, with base Naruto being fast enough to react to 6 paths level characters like rinnegan Sasuke, TCM Toneri, and fused Momoshiki.

AP wise she negates durability with gentle fist and her skill was stated to be high enough to one tap people in 2 separate novels. Her striking strength with air palms should also be at least comparable to her durability.

She should EASILY be at the of high Kage or low legend

Low Juubi right below Madara seems accurate. He's basically equal to EMS Madara so he should naturally be slightly weaker than SM+rinnegan+Hashirama cells Madara

Chojuro could blitz BZ who intercepted kcm1 Naruto. Narratively he should be comparable to other Kage guards like Darui who scale to 5KS Sasuke. Low Kage above or below Kurotsuchi should work

Massively upscales above base Naruto and Sasuke and should frankly rival Kaguya in stats given they were not that far away from her even without these enormous amps

Yeah it's a power tier list. Overall power, not striking power. Speed and abilities are at least as important if not more than striking strength when it comes to the overall power of a character. Sakura is slow with no hax. The only advantage she has over Orange Mask Obito or kcm1 Naruto is the least important thing in a fight at that level. She does not belong above them at all.

She gets blitzed by casual Madara 0 diff, then tries to punch him which Madara nonchalantly blocks with limbo. Sasuke and Kaguya both consider Sakura useless and not worth Kaguyas attention. Sakura herself says she can't come even close to Sasuke or exchange blows with him

These makes her scaling to Madaras or Kaguyas speed in any way completely impossible.

Hell base Sakura legit gets so scared of 1r juubidara she forgot to breath, and got later perception blitzed by GT 1r juubidara.

Her breaking Kaguyas horn is an alright physical feat, ASSUMING SHE'S NOT RESOLVE AMPED. But even that benefit of the doubt would at best meani she's basically just a heavy hitting snail.

Sakura has basically 0 speed feats beyond base pre-Hagoromo Naruto level and 0 hax to make up for it. She can punch hard but with her mediocre speed she's not going to be landing full power shots on anyone kcm1 Naruto level or above. This also makes it impossible for her to counter majority of OP hax. Anything above low-end mid Kage is purely wank.

She was stated to be relative to kcm1 Naruto but has severely worse moveset and speed. Her physical strength IS much higher than kcm1 Narutos but given that Narutos hax and abilities far outclass Sakuras she should be at most below him.

Kakashi is also much smarter, more experienced, ridiculously faster, and more haxxed (generally completely misplaced below kcm1 Naruto). Obito has similar physical stats to kcm1 Naruto/Sakura, kamui, genjutsu, and Izanagi. So they both also outclass Sakura purely thanks to that.

That leaves her around Kushinas place. I think putting her either right above or right below Kushina is the most acceptable. Kushinas hax are still better than Sakura but Sakuras superior strength, skill, and probably combat speed should put her slightly over Kushina

Fighting v2 Jinchuriki puts you high in comparison to someone like Jiraya. But it pales in comparison to someone like Obito or kcm2 Minato

Idk why are people so obsessed over him fighting v2 Jinchuriki as if he didn't literally match rinnegan Obitos and then kcm2 Minatos speed while fatigued later on 💀

By the end of the war Kakashi is easily legend level. He can go right below kcm2 Minato if not slightly above him. For those who don't know, Kakashi was getting stronger as the war went on and by the end of it he was matching kcm2 Minatos attack speed while fatigued even without the raikiris speed amp

Even before this he was capable of slicing right through Obitos body despite a kcm1 Narutos rasengan not being able to leave a scratch on an offguard Obito

He's also physically strong enough to withstand Kaguyas gravity and his kamui is fast enough to react to Minatos rasengan kicked by 10 tails Madara

Mind you Madara also kicked Minatos body towards Gaara and Gaara couldn't react to it at all, yet we've seen Gaara react to stuff like revived Madaras susanoo and amaterasu in the past.

Oh and his kamui could open Madaras TSO shield faster than 8 gates Guy could reach it despite him being already very close to it

In other words, Kakashi has kcm2 Minato level speed, higher with the chidori boost + low-end 6 paths level reaction speed + above kcm1 Naruto level AP + durability negation with near 6 paths levels of speed via kamui.

End of War Arc Kakashi is MUCH stronger than he was at the start by a frankly ridiculous amount. He's also weaker than in the Hiden novel where he easily beats Kahyo, a girl capable of moving so fast the 4th Raikage couldn't even see her.

Nagato and edo Itachi are aight above kcm1 Naruto but that's about where they cap

He was relative to fatigued kcm1 Naruto. Edo nerfed Tobirama was tagging Juubito who perception blitzed mkcm1 Naruto. Nagato has no place above Tobirama lmao.

Now that I look at it the whole list is messed up. Kcm2 Naruto is above the same Obito who was not only his equal physically but had some of the strongest hax in the series on top 😭

Right below white mask Obito, above edo nagato seems to be a pretty obvious choice. Naruto is somewhat physically relative to that Obito and has insane fire power as well as hax and regeneration thanks to kcm2.

The 4th databook also notes that at the time of Narutos kcm2 awakening he and kurama formed the strongest two men cell which would put him even above edo Itachi and edo Nagato together

Pain wasn't really all that fatigued. He could still spam rinnegan hax and even chibaku tensei which Nagato said he could make even bigger. Then when Naruto beat pain nagato still had enough juice to revive the whole village. Meanwhile Kushina literally lost a bijuu and gave birth 3 seconds before her feats.

I think it's actually pretty simple.

Fatigued post birth post bijuu loss Kushina > full Kurama >>>>>>>> 8 tails 50% Kurama > Tendos chibaku tensei > Tendos other abilities and taijutsu.

Actually, heavily weakened Kushina could react to and immobilize full Kurama. Even Pain was getting shit on by half Kurama in it's incomplete state, and WA Sage Naruto needed Kushinas help to beat half Kurama. Mind you even Kushinas fart of a chakra still completely immobilized half Kurama for some time.

Kushina should be comfortably above Pain and maybe even WA sage Naruto.

Danzo was physically comparable to post 5ks Sasuke which would also put him in a similar ballpark to PA Kakashi. But his summoning, koto, Izanagi, and Hashirama cells are so OP he's definitely more haxxed than him.

There's also his combat experience and intelligence to consider. I'd put him right below 5ks Sasuke in mid Kage, if not outright above him with koto

Mid Kage is good but alive Yagura is basically impossible to scale in terms of physical stats. He clearly shouldn't scale to his juiced up edo version but his alive self never fought anyone notable as far as I remember
