@Chezzy SSJ4 remember the only reason Obito was able to summon Kurama was due to Kushina being in labour at the time which weakened the seal.
Obito is just broken; yin and Yang release (unheard of in Uchiha), broken regeneration, trained by one of the greatest ninja's of all time. This is the guy that murdered the entire Uchiha clan (bare minimum the military portion which is the real feat).
@SuperVegeta69 he says HE can't pass with the 10t inside of him, not that it isn't possible at all (he wouldn't know).
The fact is that all 3 Kamui abilities use the same root ST Jutsu and the phasing ability being an unconscious ability is the only relevant difference between them (portal ability uses more chakra). We saw how much trouble Obito was having suppressing the Ten Tails will (he was almost consumed by it).
There's noway for Obito to know it's not possible which is proven by the fact that he's surprised it's not possible.

Is she really beating Tobirama?
Few feats, mostly statements. Minato says she's stronger but I don't know if I'd of put him above Tobirama (Minato may have refined his ninjutsu but Tobirama created them. Tobirama has an OP bloodline).
Survived for quite some time after Kurama was extracted, must have incredible lifeforce.

@McGallant you're right about the limited control, nothing like with Mu.
I still believe it limited Nagato's capability, unlike with Mu where he took direct control, and others he suppressed and gave directives to; I believe he would have been quite involved in Nagato's actions constantly feeding him instructions ("go here, try this, focus on X" etc). Rinnegan is the stuff of legends but thanks to Pain he should have had a decent amount of intel. Still, assuming he was giving constant and direct commands that would limit Nagato's capability as none of it is second nature like it would have been with Nagato.

Wouldn't say he was struggling, Kabuto was dominating them 3v1 and he'd never used the rinnegan before. Nagato would likely no / low diff any of them in a 1v1. Remember that Itachi was the only one with the battle IQ to counter Chibaku Tensei and none of them had the AP to counter it alone.
Minato Vs Nagato would be an epic fight as they're fairly well matched (Minato's battle IQ, fuinjutsu, and FTG will cause a lot of trouble for Nagato) but Nagato wins on hax. Chakra rods can disable Minato, rinnegan has some pretty broken abilities such as soul extraction (which should absolutely counter Edo)
Juubito not being able to phase is explained by manga events and the databooks entry for Kamui. We know it can be used with the Ten Tails since Madara did it. If the portal ability works the phasing ability will since it uses less chakra (chakra use is dependent on size of the object being transferred, phasing a portion of the body would cost less than an entire body). There's a single difference between the portal ability, offensive ability (Kakashi), and the defensive ability (phasing; Obito) that would make a difference and that's the fact that the defensive ability is an unconscious ability (automatic / passive) and the others are all conscious (active) abilities. The reason why this is important is that we saw how much trouble Obito had suppressing the Ten Tails, his unconscious mind was still suppressing it's will unlike Madara who didn't break a sweat.
@Yoshua Z.O as much of a monster as Tobirama is I'd say Nagato is more powerful because he's broken, rinnegan really is that powerful when you have both halves. All 7 rinnegan paths of the Six Paths Techniques in one body is just straight up broken.
@Yoshua Z.O remember that Edo Itachi was almost collateral damage and pretty much ignored. Only reason they escaped Chibaku Tensei was due to Itachi's Battle IQ and Bee and Naruto's AP.
He's completely broken due to the rinnegan.

Let me break it down once more for you.
Hagoromo is talking about 1R SO6P Madara
Powers include:
- Ten Tails Jinchuriki
- Hagoromo's base chakra powers through combining Indra and Ashura's
- SPS and SPSM
- The Yin rinnegan affording him partial use of the Six Paths Techniques dojutsu and partial use of CoaT
Hagoromo says he's getting close to him because he only has half of the rinnegan, both eyes together would give Madara complete use of CoaT (a power) and complete use of the Six Paths Techniques dojutsu (a power).
He then goes on to give further context when saying that Madara covets his mother's power and details her powers:
- Rinnesharingan (a power)
- Infinite Tsukiyomi (a power)
- Nativity of a World of Trees (a power)
- Byakugan (a power)
Not a single reference to a scale of power in the manga scan. It's detailing individual powers (abilities / skills).
The databook page you gave is also completely irrelevant.
Some of these aren't underutilised there specific to certain versions of Naruto; take for instance TSO, he doesn't have that ability anymore it's specific to Teen Naruto with Hagoromo's chakra.
@IKTime I dropped the manga scans that proves Hagoromo wasn't talking about a power scale but powers (Byakugan, rinnegan, 10t, rinnesharingan etc etc).
You're supposed to drop proof that there's a power scale, the databook entry mentions nothing of the sorts just more "powers".
So far I've proven it's not a scale and you've yet to drop the proof you spoke of.

@Tim Xman if it's feats alone then Indra is a no show. There are no feats in the manga which is the last word on what's cannon. You can't use filler anime.
Indra isn't spanking. Naruto would have low diffed Sasuke in their last fight if he had fought with the same killing intent as Sasuke had from the beginning and the balance of power was far more in Sasuke's favour (rinnegan, battle IQ and exp, 8.5tb, Six Path Yin) than it ever was in Indra's.
Indra isn't spanking Madara because Madara is literally a walking jutsu databook. At that point he's Indra+Ashura, spanking even with the Edo nerf.
@IKTime can you drop proof that Hagoromo was giving a power scale or take it back. Factually incorrect so it's misinformation.
Given that it's likely the foundation for "your" scaling it means everything built on top of it is just as wrong friend.
@IKTime wait, are you trying to suggest that Indra awakened the mangekyou which gave him an equivalent power up to Ashura gaining Six Path Yin, Yang, and Yin-Yang release?
Ashura should have bested Indra without Hagoromo's gift. He'd have had the same kekkei as Hagoromo, same sage abilities and wood release (because those were passed down to the Senju from Ashura).
Ashura vs Indra is Hashirama vs Madara but without the battle exp and IQ, a fraction of the Jutsu. Ashura was gifted Six Path Yin-Yang after that (something incredibly rare given the fact Otsutsuki generally do not have Six Path Yang). They were never comparable after that point, Indra may have had killing intent towards his brother but Ashura never would have had that intent towards his brother.
Indra is getting no diffed by OG Madara who faked his death because of battle IQ, exp, and jutsu. Madara with edos ability set is an absolute spite.
