WTF is this ? Even the weakest version of a Speedster from any comics would dogwalk Minato in a race. "Quicksilver" is "slow" than other speedsters in his universe, but unimaginably fast than Minato. Keep in mind that Minato CANNOT run fast. He uses Teleportation & Body Flicker Jutsu to movie from one place to another. That's not a feat of physical running speed. Quicksilver would just run into Minato & destroy him before he even thinks about reaching for his kunai.
