I think he is in Low Kage. Above Deidara or Sasori.
I think Hiruzen is in egy Low or Mid Kage. He isn't stronger than Tsunade. So he is in the top of the Low or the bottom of the Mid Kage. 😊

I realy sorry, but I was so busy so I missing some birthdays (for examle Rin's bithday). I am so sad about it, but happy birhtday to then anyway! 💕
But today..... is Izumo Kamizukis birtday. The one of the iconic chunins of Konoha. I think he is immortal, he is always been in the series, never died and he is just a chunin! 👌He was there on the chunin exam, the fight with Hidan and Kakuzu and many other times.....
He use water release and a special jutsu with sticky syrup. I think he is cool, but boring

I think she is in Mid or Hight Kage. Certainly stronger than base Jiraya but weaker than her sage/healing power mode. 😉

I think he is in Hight Jonin. Somewhere in the middle. I think he is a little bit stronger than Shikamaru (and Shikamaru is so low in this list). Yeah, he is probably above Shino. ( I think Shikaku looks like Shikamaru's pokemon evolution!) 😊🤣
