- Tobi comes & takes Madara’s place, 2v1s Naruto & Bee, breaking the mask and revealing Obito. After some talk, its revealed that Tobi wasn’t quite Obito, but a mix of the duos personality. Obito kills Bee & takes the 8 tails, which really angers Naruto

- Obito uses the a type of reanimation jutsu with the Gedo Statue & the Bijuu chakra & creates a mimic of the Juubi, which drains a lot of his chakra. This leads into the team 7/hokage team up & Kakashi Vs Obito

- Obito uses a type of Rinnegan Sealing Jutsu to seal the Bijuu’s chakra into him without becoming the actual Jinchuriki, and gets an insane physical buff, but can’t open his Sharingan. Obito starts 2v1s Naruto & Sasuke, completely destroying them, which really pisses Sasuke

- When the Hokage try to get to Naruto & Sasuke, the Juubi clones block Minato (Minato still doesn't know Obito is alive, so he can't teleport to him yet), while a Rinnegan user wearing Obito's Orange Mask stops Tobirama & Hiruzen

- Obito sends Sasuke flying, & tries to show Naruto that is dreams of peace are an imposiblility. After getting a mental boost from Obito's words, Naruto tries to attack Obito, but Obito leaves Naruto on death bed instead

- Madara is restrained by the wood dragons, & the Hokages make it to Obito. Minato teleports Naruto to Sakura, & the 4 Hokage slowly overwhelm Obito, trapping him a mountain of Wood Dragons

- Black Zetsu is revealed to be the one wearing Obito's old mask, freeing & bringing Madara back to life, which Hashirama senses & goes to stop, but instead he takes Hashirama’s SM and has his talk with Sasuke.

- He goes to take back the Rinnegan from Obito, who breaks out of his seal, & blitzes the Kages, but is struggling with control over the Gedo Statue's chakra. Minato teleports to Naruto to check on how he is doing, and Sakura is keeping him from dying, but he is still getting weaker

- The Sage appears in front of Naruto, and explains that before he died, he created a Jutsu that would trigger if the Ten Tails was ever close to getting received once again.

- Madara finally stabs & nearly kills Sasuke. Naruto talks with the The Sage, who sends him to Ashura (not his reincarnate), to train his SM to the next level (Six Path SM, which really is a evolution of normal Sage Mode). Sasuke also meets with the Sage & trains with Indra to after his visual prowess

- Madara makes it to Obito and fights him, but gets pushed around until he finally gets the Rinnegan from White Zetsu, pushing Obito to lose full control and makes him disperse the tailed beasts chakra

- Obito gets his Rinnegan stolen by Madara, but manages to escape with Kamui. Madara seals the tailed beast again, and Guy gets ready to go 8 gates, so Madara absorbs some Bijuu chakra to survive the fight

- During the fight, Obito brings Minato & Kakashi to the Kamui dimension, but they escape with FTG. Obito chases after them & stomps them thanks to the remains of his Bijuu chakra boost. He gets DMS, and after talking with his former teammates, he kills Kakashi & cripples Edo Minato

- After the Guy Vs Madara fight, Sasuke gets a one Eye Rinnegan thanks to Orochimaru using his Hashirama cells to patch him up. He saves Lee & faces SM Madara. Naruto stops Obito from destroying his father & they fight, making the duos respective final bosses, which they both come out victorious

- Naruto talks with the Hokages one last time, & Tobirama releases the Edo Tensei, & Sasuke takes control of the Bijuu. Naruto Vs Sasuke III happens, the War is finished, they mourn Kakashi's death, & Shippuden ends with becoming the 6th Hokage

This is an explanation as to how I would change the War Arc to make it better and match it with the rest of Shippuden. These changes start as soon as FKS:

- Kisame actually dies to Killer Bee, & instead of Sasuke going blind, Naruto saves Kakashi from Sasuke, and they do Naruto Vs Sasuke II, which is Sage Naruto Vs Late-FKS Sasuke. Sasuke goes blind at the end of their fight and goes back with Obito to prep for the War by getting EMS.

- Naruto is told he is training to control the Kyuubi, but is not told about the war. For the War, 3 divisions are made. First is Sai, Ino, Kurotsuchi, Mei, Darui, Chojoro, Neji, Lee, Ten-Ten, & later 4th Raikage Vs Edo Akatsuki

- Fights: Mei Vs Kakuzu, 4th Raikage Vs Kisame, Sasori Vs Neji & Lee, Deidara Vs Air Troops (Sai, Ino, Darui, Kurotsuchi, Chojoro, & Ten-Ten)

- Gaara’s division (2nd) is the same. Others like Kitsuchi are to guard the main headquarters. 3rd div is Samurai, Shikamaru, Team 8, Sakura, Choji & Choza, Kakashi, Guy, & Later Tsuande Vs Prime Kimimaro, Sakumo, Hanzo, & Dan.

- Fights: Sakumo Vs Kakashi, Guy Vs Kimimaro, Dan Vs Team 8 & Shikamaru, Prime Hanzo Vs Tsunade, Choza, Choji, & The Samurai

- KCM Naruto fights Bee for his final training test, & after goes into SM & learns about the War. They get past 4th Raikage, fight Itachi & Nagato, & Naruto (the real one) goes to Gaara’s division. Itachi tells Bee goes to get Kakashi & Guy, & then Itachi runs away (but not to Kabuto). Naruto runs into Edo Jiraiya & they have a heartfelt moment, as Naruto shows Jiraiya how much he's grown.

- Go like the OG story until Edo Madara, where Madara only has the Sharingan (no Rinnegan), and Instead of the 5 kage, Naruto tells Onoki & Gaara that he will fight him with Kakashi, Guy, & Bee. Edo Itachi also joins them after the Kage leave. Rinnegan Tobi fights the 5 Kage, where he wins, and Naruto goes KCM2 Vs PS Madara. The PS is also not quite as big, since I am scaling back.

- Sasuke takes down Kabuto, showing his new EMS power, & Itachi summits from the fight with Madara to talk with Sasuke one last time before releasing the Edo Tensei. It is revealed that Black Zetsu broke Kabuto's link to Madara.

- After receiving all of Itachi's memories, Sasuke goes to find Orochimaru, who Itachi released when he separated Naruto & Bee, kills Kabuto, gives Sage Jutsu to Orochimaru, and he makes him bring back the previous Hokages
