<p>@Reaper </p><p>Yea. Not knocking the man wielding it. You can wield a special power but how you do it is dependent on the user. Kakashi has earned the praise he has given, but we can't forget that this was him with his Sharingan. That's all I'm saying and is why I stand by my opinion. </p>

<p>@Reaper </p><p>Let's be very honest. Kakashi's most intense battles have involved him using the Sharingan and its variants. Sure his stamina has rose, but really, he's not as powerful as an opponent as he was with those assets. He's still a very capable shinobi. He has his jutsu arsenal which with his intellect can be used quite effectively, but in my opinion, I am not seeing Hokage worthy. Facts is he became Hokage, but I have my reasons to disagree with him even being one considering his setbacks, and what seems to be low pros with his stamina. </p>

<p>@Reaper </p><p>I really don't see any qualifications to make Sharingan-less Kakashi a Hokage, but it is what it is I guess. My point still stands, he'd better off be a Jonin Commander. His intellect would be very helpful. </p>

<p>I never said that. You need to be able to lead and most importantly be able to protect your village when in crisis. I'm not dissing on Kakashi, but all the other kage were able to deal with the meteor. I mean it was even sliced in half and Kakashi did nothing but stare. Tsunade most definitely could take out the other half or at least knock it away in the opposite direction. The woman could literally smash down humanoid Susanoo, a highly durable defence. Anyway, Tsunade has proven her importance as Hokage, what has Kakashi really proven since becoming elected? </p>

<p>Was Kakashi being selected Hokage the best thing cuz if I remember correctly he had nothing in his arsenal to stop the meteorite that was coming to Konoha in The Last. He literally was sitting there and Sasuke had to save the day. Tsunade at the very least could have destroyed most of it with her 100 Markings. I would have preferred Kakashi to have been Jonin Commander. He really didn't have the firepower and/or defense mechanisms to protect the village and its citizens like a Kage is suppose to. Tsunade may not have been able to defeat Pain, but she could protected many citizens during Pain's assault. </p>

<p>Considering this is taking place at the Uchiha Hideout, the battle will be replicated to a similar degree. Sasuke could match Itachi to a degree in physical prowess, meaning that Sasuke can be able to pull off the same scenario against Kakashi as Itachi is stronger. All he'd really have to do is aim several dragon flames in the air. Hebi Sasuke has a high potential to drag this battle out and make Kakashi use up his chakra faster. Kirin being able to be pulled off may not happen, but it sure will be the defining point to end the battle period if it is used. Otherwise, I think Kakashi can possibly defeat this Sasuke, but with Sasuke's snake abilities and Curse mark, it'd be highly difficult. I'm still leaning more towards Sasuke though. </p>

<p>@Namikaze </p><p>The fact that you honestly believe Kakashi has lightning speed reaction only shows that this conversation won't get anywhere. I mean you do realize how much hype you're giving the dude? Chidori barely put a dent in the Raikage's shield and even then that wasn't even him amped up to the max. The Lightning Cutter's best feat was what nullifying Kakuzu's lightning attack which is how powerful exactly? Because it doesn't seem to compare to Kirin's power, which, destroyed Susanoo. </p><p>Also, where was it shown in Shippuden that Kakashi stopped a lightning bolt? Source? </p><p>Kirin is a hyperbole? How so? It has shown to be one of the most destructive lightning jutsus period. Much lesser feats? The feat of destroying a mountain is a much higher feat than the Lightning Cutter's best feat being what exactly that compares? </p><p>Edit: </p><p>Kirin strikes at an insanely high speed. Sure it's prep time and you can see the lightning form but once it strikes, not even Kakashi can do anything about it. He won't be able to warp it, and if he does, he dies. I mean the guy literally was exhausted from warping Sasuke's Susanoo arrow. He can't defend against it. </p>

<p>@Namikaze </p><p>Based on your logic, Kakashi can stop any lightning attack. Again that is a no limit fallacy which is a hyperbole. Not to mention, it being a big stretch to say Kakashi even has lightning speed reaction time. That means everything else he couldn't react to is faster or just retcon, which means there's alot, and that just doesn't make much sense at all. Guy said that it was said that Kakashi cut a lightning bolt, but was it from the sky or jutsu related? It doesn't help that it was never even shown in a flashback like ever. This is just like the supposed 1000 jutsus he's copied by has never been shown to use despite all his screen time he gets. </p>

<p>@Namikaze </p><p>Considering how powerful Kirin is, Kakashi's Lightning Cutter isn't going to be enough to stop it. I mean it even forced Itachi to use Susanoo for crying out loud. </p>

<p>Kakashi was said to cut lightning, but was it real lightning and was it as powerful as Kirin? Since you don't have the answer to that, it's be no limit fallacy to even say he could cut Kirin. Literally one of the most powerful techniques ever produced at that point in Shippuden. </p>

<p>@Reaper </p><p>We have no proof to assume Kid Kakashi is as fast as Lee without weights though. Sure, maybe you need to be fast to endure the speed at which the Chidori moves you, but we have no comparable speed feat. An adult Kakashi training Sasuke doesn't mean anything considering this is him much stronger than he was as a kid. </p><p>@Combat </p><p>We are only talking about Kid Kakashi. Him renown is a title gained later on. What experience does Kid Kakashi really have to trump Kid Sasuke's? They both fought opponents out of their league. And both were rescued by their sensei's. </p><p>I am not by any chance saying Kid Kakashi sucks. I'm saying that following the hype entails what? What jutsus do he possess outside of Chidori, cuz Sasuke can do the same. Sasuke has versatility in ninjutsu with fire release. Sasuke is a pretty skilled combatant. I mean the kid forced an adult Kakashi to use both hands to block his attacks, something he found impressive himself. </p><p>I noticed that almost everything you mentioned about Kakashi is him in his later years. That doesn't account for here. It's Kid Kakashi. </p>

<p>@Reaper </p><p>Kakashi did not allow him to copy Lee's speed threw him so he can pull off the Chidori. He knew that sand would be weak against lightning. He worked on his speed so he can bypass Gaara's sand defence and attacks. Also, CS1 Sasuke is faster than the Sasuke that fought against Gaara. Also, keep in mind this is Kid Kakashi. Whatever speed feats he has in Part I do not mean he was that fast as a kid. It'd be ridiculous to say so and even more to say he didn't improve in speed in that time-skip. </p><p>@Combat </p><p>That is not my problem. Without feats, all we have is hype and I'm not gonna just give to Kakashi because of rank. Also, I never said there had to be a quantity of feats. I said he has no feats to compare. Asuma's feats trumps anything Kid Kakashi could dish out. </p><p>By your logic, Rin and Obito were speedsters because their sensei was one. You make zero sense. Also, nobody is talking about Minato because he is in a different category. Kakashi can't even compare. Kakashi was no war hero. And him being in a war, doesn't mean he's dealt with opponents as fast or as strong as CS1 Sasuke. </p><p>Kakashi's reserves are low, so literally as a kid, their even worse. He ain't gonna continue to copy anything. Also, Kakashi literally lost against Zabuza and needed Naruto and Sasuke's help to break free of the prison. The only one humiliated was Kakashi. </p>

<p>Why is Haku even being brought up, seeing as that Sasuke was much weaker compared to the Chunin Exams Sasuke, nevermind VOTE Sasuke. </p><p>The Sasuke that fought Yoroi was very drained from his fights in the Forest of Death and had to focus on restraining the curse mark as well. The fact that he could pull off defeating a chakra absorbing opponent, only proves how skilled he was. Of course this wasn't even Sasuke at his best in the Chunin Exams. </p><p>The Sasuke at the final phase of the Chunin Exams improved quite a bit. His speed was nearly on par with weightless Lee. As far as Part I is concerned, he was practically the fastest shinobi in Konoha in base nonetheless. Kakashi has never displayed Lee's level of high speed. Guy using gates against Kakashi is nothing more than speculation with no solid proof. Then we have the fact the he could keep up with kurama-amped Naruto who showcased high speed as well. Who has Kakashi battled that can be named speedsers? Sasuke also improved in taijutsu as well, and learned the very deadly Chidori. </p><p>Rank does not legitimize that he is better in every regard than just cuz they hold a higher rank. Now this is kid Kakashi who while achieving the rank of jonin, has never displayed feats on par with VOTE Sasuke. Kakashi may be smart, but Sasuke is no slacker in the area. Sasuke just has the overall power, speed and stamina over Kakashi's intelligence, which can only get him by so far. </p><p>I'm sorry but Kakashi gets trumped. Kid Kakashi is a lot of hype and no bark when it comes to feats. Sasuke wins with mid difficulty at the most and that's him not using his curse mark. </p>

<p>That's a situation we have to solve immediately then though I don't see their being too many of that happening. I've noticed there are select users who are constantly toxic while others only respond to the toxicity, which ultimately derails the thread with negativity. I don't think sock puppeting will be too much of an issue. Being more strict is the right way to go. I mean literally we are too lenient and that clearly is not working. </p>

<p>I'm going to expand on stricter rules in the vs threads that I mentioned. I suggest that the 1st time someone behaves inappropriately, they be warned once. The next time is a 1 day block. Another time is a 1 week block. The next time, 1 month. Anymore, than an infinite block. Now different circumstances can change the block, but for the general premise, we should go as followed. What do you think? </p>

<p>@Namikaze </p><p>Her defeating the clones was necessarily an impressive feat nor am I making it that way. But, considering Naruto needed to use his mode to fight them, I'm going to say they aren't just kids. Anyway, the bigger feat was her going toe to toe with Shin despite him having the Mangekyo Sharingan. The fact she could keep up with him proves that if he didn't have the Mangekyo, she'd probably defeat him in close combat and have an easier time to land a chakra-enhanced punch. Sakura's movements throughout the battle proves her speed can match Kakashi. She not only effectively dodged Shin's fast moving blade-made shuriken, but countered by throwing a large rock pillar at him and placed explosive tags without being noticed until the last minute. Not having the Sharingan's precognition really weakens him compared to before. Sure he may have more chakra reserves to rely on now, but clearly we know she has a lot of chakra anyway thanks to her seal. Katsuyu can distract Kakashi so Sakura can land a hit. She doesn't even really need to directly strike him to harm him. </p>

<p>It happened. When she was brought to Shin's hideout, she easily defeated his clones with a cherry blossom impact and showed a high degree of taijutsu and speed when she fought Shin. The anime expanded the fight but the Boruto anime is considered canon unlike the Naruto anime with the Naruto manga. </p><p>Kakashi is not superior in speed to this Sakura, and if so, not by much. Even though Shin was somewhat overpowering her in combat, she still displayed impressive physical prowess. She definitely can fight Kakashi in close combat, and because he doesn't have the Sharingan, which he often used in any confrontation, she'll be able to pressure him. At this point, she could also coat chakra around her body to withstand powerful blows as explained in Sakura Hiden. She also has regenerative prowess. Then Katsuyu whom Kakashi has really no way of dealing with. One chakra-enhanced punch and Kakashi's done. I'm going with Sakura for the win with mid-difficulty. </p>

<p>@Ninja Of War </p><p>Toxic users are the reason for this movement to even occur. @Lorenzo is one of them. I ain't say anything but explained to the guy that he is part of the cause. He further proved my point by saying that we don't have common sense. Anyway, whether it be implemented or not, it is what it is. I'm neutral. I just wish that if we keep it, we be way more strict and not so lenient. </p>

That's not the point. You are toxic in the vs threads. You don't partake in the main part of the wiki like at all. Saying someone doesn't have common sense because they don't want to listen to you for whatever reason is childish and arrogant of you.
