Part 1

Tbh , sasuke was kind of weak in part 1 until orochimaru gave him the curse mark , without it sasuke would’ve lowkey got whooped by Naruto in every single fight. On the other hand his sharingan was pretty good considering he got all 3 tomoe at a young age. And when his curse mark enhanced to stage 2 and stage 3 , he got way stronger.

Part 2

In part 2 , he had gotten way stronger and even had invented some of his own jutsu using lightning style.

After he had obtained itachis eyes , he got the eternal mangekyo sharingan , he got access to the perfect susanoo , and etc. 

Lets jump forward to the fourth great shinobi world war. He’d gotten way stronger after the sage of six paths gave him half of his power hence him gaining power to the Rinnegan. He had access to be able to even use chakra from all tailed beast , gained the ability to teleport to different dimensions and of course we can not forget about his famous amenotejikara.

Part 3

In part 3 , sasuke had gotten a looot stronger considering he had learnt the abilities of the Rinnegan , Sasuke had gotten a lot stronger with his lightning style , even being able to use his lightning style with one hand. And he could also use Genjutsu , fire ninjutsu with one hand also. He had grown and matured a lot since part 2 & 1.

The ability that Ōtsutsuki members, Naruto & 10-Tails Jinchūriki have shown doing, which is to float/hover/levitate without signs or pronounced techniques.

I can't find it, and the closest thing was Sasuke's ability with his hands-wings.
