I got the impression that Fire Release: Fireball is just a cultural thing where every Uchiha kid is expected to be able to use it. So the Uchiha are known for fire release because they teach it to all their members, not because it's their affinity. Although, the countries were named after their most common Elemental Release, so statistically for a large portion of Uchiha Fire Release would be their affinity.

From what we've learned about chakra, it's random but there is a certain inheritance value to it.

Uchihas NORMALLY are fire natured, there's a reason they are associated with fire so much. Same goes for the Sarutobi who appear to have a lot of fire based hiden abilities.

Look at Boruto and Naruto, Naruto is wind natured and Boruto can states he's learned, Wind, Lightning, and Water before the movie started while Minato AND Kushina had Wind. That implies chakra is heredity in some fashion for the Uzumakis in Wind or Minato's line in general.

So the odds of Sarada being Fire natured and having a aptitude for Lightning based on this inheritance theory. Game seems to realize she's Fire-Lightning, and odds are "Boruto" show will go along with this

Personally I'm going to be mad if their team ougi is a raiton rasengan, only because:

I. Copy of Naruto and Sasuke, when they aren't Naruto or SASUKE.

II. Boruto can make a a Raiton Rasengan on his own because he has the LIGHTNING nature (not saying he could do it now since he never created the technique, but if he has the lightning share, it should be possible to implement it in a video game for Christ sake.).

Even Jiraiya had his own Katon Rasengan in Storm 3

Their Team Ultimate Is Stupid, Its Just Like, Some Shurikenjutsu, And Then Some Gentle Fist, And Then Sarada Punches Them From Behind, And Then Both Of Them Jump Back And Boruto Uses Vanishing Rasengan, And Sarada Uses Lightning Release Kunai, And It Makes An Explosion Similar To Naruto And Sasuke's Raiton Rasengan Shit. They Did Incorporate Boruto's Water Release, I Think Its His Tilt, He Shoots A Small Blast Of Water, And I Think They Used His Wind Release In One Of His Combos Where He Pushes His Clone Forwards Towards The Opponent.
