Yea, but the only thing that bugs me is that Kakashi was so prone to the drawbacks of the over utilization of the eyes in the beginning, to make the plot be what it is, whereas Obito was using it like he was a minigun. And then, during the war, Kakashi started to alleviate the limitations without proper training, and then started spamming it like Obito, of course to be of convenience to the plot. THAT is what irritates me about those eyes. AND THEN you get an automatic Perfect Susanoo to resort to, should your intangibility be for some reason unavailable. Had Obito kept both his eyes, he would have been untouchable. They truly are cheat eyes :P

In fact, it is arguably more powerful than Madara's, Sasuke's, and even Hagaromo's rinnegan.

Amaterasu is instant you have to move light speed to dodge it and its as hot as the sun so you'll be imcenerated like that. Kamui is simple intangibility in a way which can countered with timing and reaction. Its takes time for teleportation of kamui around 5 seconds. Those two and even Tsukuyomi are badass techniques but definitely overrated. Some people forget the smaller things can sometimes prove the strongest.
