I think you kids are underestimating VotE Sasuke. Once he matured to 3 tomoe Sharingan and was using Cursed Seal level 1 alone, he was a beast already, we didn't really see much from his Cursed Seal 2 form besides a Chidori-Rasengan clash.
That wouldn't change much, the only difference he acquired were the 3 tomoe and CS2, they also have CS2. With CS1 vs CS1 they were each toying with him and called him weak. He won't be able to beat Kidomaru 1v1 ever outside of plot.. maybe he could possibly beat Ukon and Sakon.. but Tayuya wins with Sound Genjutsu, and Jirobo loses.
Looking at the sound fours track record, there not as overwhelming as users are making them out to be. For starters, they all become energy-less, not long after activating jutsu's with level 2, and a big issue for them is Tayuya not being able to cast genjutsu, due to it effecting her teammates. Saying that, the group can't exactly survive a Chidori to the chest or being burned to a crisp.
Part 1 Sasuke still has the limit of 2 Chidori per day + an extra one in the CS2 state. Even if he lands all 3 of them on his opponents properly (so they all would die or at least be incapaticated for the rest of the battle), there would be one Sound Four ninja left anyway, while Sasuke would reach the limits of his chakra and become an easy target to take down. Also, as in the fight against transformed Gaara, all the other techniques Sasuke has in his disposal don't possess enough power to defeat any of the Sound Four members. Plus, there's no evidence that sound genjutsu has a side effect of affecting your teammates - Ma and Pa casted their Chaint on Pain just fine without any influence on Jiraya.

Chidori can defeat at least 19 opponents with 1 use. So limit of performance isn't an issue if used wisely.
If her teammates were immune, she would of used it against Genma & Raido, but instead, they all had to enter V2. Why enter V2 if she could of won the fight instantly with her signature godly genjutsu? Because they weren't immune obviously. And also, she didn't use it when the sound four fought Kimimaru, further suggesting it would effect everyone, including her teammates.
We did get to see neither their battle against Genma/Raida nor the one against Kimimaro, so we can't be sure about what was used during these fights and what wasn't. You're operating with mere assumptions, while Ma/Pa case clearly shows that the aspect of affecting particular people with genjutsu is completely controlable, so it doesn't influence your allies.
Regarging Chidori, again, the issue of user's hand sticking/being hold by the struck victim is surely a disadvantage when you battle mulpiple people at once. Even if the one is taken down, he would hold off the opponent enough for his teammates to kill him.
Sound 4 would stomp CS2 part 1 Sasuke out. Yes, I know he got his third tomoe and got really good but not to the extent of taking out 4 other CS2 wielders ESPECIALLY if they're together. The argument in Sasuke's favor would be more compelling if he fought them all individually. Besides, his best technique at that time was a Chidori, that doesn't help against multiple people and he needs to get close to do that. Kidomaru could literally snipe Sasuke while he's busy fighting one of the others, and Jirobou is physically superior to part one Sasuke in terms of strength and likely durability. Kidomaru+Jirobou should be enough to take out this version of Sasuke, adding in the other two members of sound four is a stomp.
